I used the trade in tool on this company's website which I assume is NADA, then they pulled out the Carfax trade in value after I was in the chair. The difference was $3k. No thanks. Use the tools available to you online, then research your cars retail price on the lots. The difference should not be $10k. The truck I was interested in was unable to start the day I went!
