We had a great experience buying a new 2010 Honda CR-V last weekend for our daughter at Brickell Honda. From the moment we stepped through the doors at the dealership and introduced ourselves to Rick Barraza, one of the partners, we were treated wonderfully. He placed us in the very capable hands of Emil Kasumov, who took us for a test drive and patiently explained the many positive qualities of the CR-V to my daughter and me. When Emil had to attend business of his own, Mario Cinelli took over cheerfully, guiding us through negotiations. There was no pressure to buy immediately, and they expressed no disappointment that my wife needed just a bit more time to sift through the offer and the process.
