After visiting Brickell Honda to purchase my first Honda, the service that followed was wonderful. Professionl persons took care of my problems in a timely manner with absolutely no hassles,no misunderstandings,,no problems. I was very impressed to see the Service mgr, Chandler, was so involved with the actual clients coming in for service. Normally you do not see not to mention meet the manager, unless there is a problem. This was very re-assuring to me. The entire service area has always been very clean and organized.
