UPDATES TO ORIGINAL REVIEW - NO BETTER UPDATE 6/7: Mario (general manager) message me on Facebook due to the poor review. He confirmed the vehicle was not detailed/ inspected and offered we come back (3hrs) and said he was sending a $50 gas card for the empty tank at delivery. We agreed to have it done locally and he requested 24hrs to arrange it. After 48 and 72hrs with no update, I reached out and was told he was having trouble making contact. Today I got a call from our local Mazda and set an appointment. UPDATE 6/27: My tag expired on 6/17. On 6/14 I made many attempts to contact them – Jorge and Javier were off, and Jennifer was on vacation (not really). Eventually a sales manager transferred me to her, and Jennifer told me it wasn’t her job and she was too busy to get me a contact in the Titling department, Jorge would handle it. I e-mailed Mario/ Jorge as a heads up and Jorge said he would get with Jennifer. Mario replied saying it was transferred and my registration should be coming in the mail any day, but in the meantime, Jennifer would send an electronic copy. On 6/17 still nothing from anyone so I reached back out – Jennifer said it wasn’t her job again, Jorge said he would get with Jennifer and Mario did not reply. On 6/26 I still didn’t have either the mailed or electronic copy, so at 7am I text Jorge, e-mailed Jennifer and messaged Mario, no one replied. My husband called Jorge and Jennifer and got nowhere. That evening I called over 20 times. The first 2 times I was transferred right to Mario’s voicemail, 15 times my call was sent to the dealers voicemail and 3 times I was offered to take a message that she couldn’t help me. My husband tried calling the dealer and Jorge on his cell, but the calls were also ignored. Finally, we called from his work phone and Jorge took the call – he was working. He included Jennifer on the call who only yelled over us saying it wasn’t her job and eventually told me “wait on this” and hung up. I messaged Mario demanding a call and he sent me a PDF of the registration. DO NOT GO HERE! …Oh and that $50 gas car, that never showed up. Surprise. More
Good service... but The service at Brickell Mazda is in general very good. I was treated very well, on time, and offered a coffee and a ride home when dropping the car. However, it is the second time that I get several messages, emails, phone calls that the car is ready to pick-up. When my wife got there to pick-up the car, she had to wait over 20 minutes. The car was only washed on the exterior, no interior cleaning. So my question is what is the "rush" asking the customer to pick-up he car, if it is not 100% READY? More

Love my new Mazda! I went to Brickell because my daughter had gotten her car there and highly rcommended it. I knew what I wanted, and Jeff Carreno met my daughter and m I went to Brickell because my daughter had gotten her car there and highly rcommended it. I knew what I wanted, and Jeff Carreno met my daughter and me at the door and was very friendly.He seemed genuinely interested in knowing what I wanted and didn't try to oversell anything or push a more expensive model. He worked hard with his manager, Javier, to get me an excellent deal. The finance guy, Jose, was also very nice and easy to work with, I couldn't be happier and I love my new car. The only sour note was that when we got in my daughter 's car to leave, a light came on indicating that she had a low tire, Brickell's service looked at it and found a nail or piece of metal, which had to have come from their parking light because the light wasn't on when we got there. They said they didn't have time to fix it, however, and she was very, very unhappy about that. We had to go to Tire Kingdom and they were able to patch it, but I feel Brickell should have done it right away. It seemed as though once they had our money for the new car, they sisn't care anymore.
