Air Conditioner compressor quit. I contacted the service department at BAM. They scheduled an appointment quickly and had the parts in stock. Scheduled my appt for 11am, just an oil change and tire rotation, I sat in the service area and waited for car to get the service- I was there for 2 hrs!!! That is a long time for oil change and tire rota rotation, I sat in the service area and waited for car to get the service- I was there for 2 hrs!!! That is a long time for oil change and tire rotation. When I finally got the car back there was grease on the door handle and inside of car door as well. Will not use BAM again for service. Also did not like sitting in the main showroom where the small service area was located. More
