I brought my truck in to have a tpms sensor replaced because it was not giving me any pressure feedback. I was told that they scanned all my sensors and there diagnostic tool could not pick them up (oe because it was not giving me any pressure feedback. I didn’t want to ask them to diagnose the check engine light after that if a tire sensor was that difficult to solve. More

I waited two weeks for them to tell me they cannot gets parts to fix the window in my Verano that goes down by itself, adding that original factory parts are not available. And I had to call them. They added that I should seek aftermarket parts myself. I paid $180 for the misdiagnosis of a faulty window switch, which I replaced myself. That was not the problem. The motor is bad. Dishonest and careless service. Scratched the dash and top of the steering wheel in my new truck. Would not even come out and look at the vehicle, then the Service Directo service. Claimed the techs just use their hands to remove trim panels. BEWARE!!! Typical car dealer xxxxxxxx! More
