My Review of Broadway Toyota-Scion:
Having had a great buying experience from Broadway Toyota in 2003, I returned to trade in and buy again now, nearly 10 years later, in 2012. I had the pleasure of working with what I would describe as the Broadway Toyota Dream Team - Heather Jensen, Sales Associate; George Abboud, General Sales Manager; and Max Hanley, Finance Manager. They are kind, honest, and forthwright! Heather patiently helped me find the perfect car at a great price. George and Max helped finalize the deal and were terrific to work with as well! With a team like Heather, George, and Max, I'll gladly come back for a third time when the time comes! Thank you and keep up the great job!

My Review of Broadway Toyota-Scion:
EVERYTHING WAS HORRIBLE. I took it in for a noise coming from the front at highway speeds. I told them point blank I am pretty sure its my bearings but please check it out. This is when my FJ had 34,500 miles on it and still under factory warranty. The guy checked it and hear the noise but said it was my tires were out of balance. I knew that was not the case so I asked him about the bearings and he assured me that they checked out fine. Well exactly 2,000 miles later with the noise still there and getting worse, I took it into the Firestone on Burnside and they pulled out chunks of my front right bearing. So basically Toyota didn't look at what I told them to check, sat on their hands to avoid the warranty and then basically lied about the "work" they performed. I can promise that I never let anyone I know go there to save them the heartburn.

My Review of Broadway Toyota-Scion:
Tyson in service is the best! I had a mystery clicking noise on the left side of my Toyota Tacoma. When it first started out, it was very faint and I was the only one who seemed to hear it, and it was only during certain, very specific, situations. When I dropped the truck off, they couldn’t reproduce the sound. Even though it was a busy day, Tyson believed me that I didn’t just need a psych evaluation, and came along for a test drive. He heard the sound, and got to work. It was a very unusual case that involved a lot of work to diagnose, and a lot of major parts to be examined very carefully. In the end, it was a loose wheel weight that was the culprit.
Throughout the process, I feel that Tyson and his team went above and beyond in time and resources to diagnose this issue—they took numerous test drives, disassembled and reassembled major drivetrain components, and got a specialist onboard to help. Once they established that there was a problem, they weren’t taking no for an answer. I am really happy with the service that I received, and it is people like Tyson that provide tremendous value behind a Toyota Warranty. I will definitely be taking my truck there again, and am confident that the team at Broadway will keep my truck running good-as-new for as long as I have it.

I would like to thank Wade Norris for his outstanding customer service and help with the purchase of my pre-owned Corolla. Broadway Toyota went above and beyond in assisting me to get into a vehicle that suited my needs. Wade came in on his day off and stayed until everything was finalized. He was patient, kind, and understanding. I will recommend Broadway Toyota to any friend that is looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle, and I will tell them to ask for Wade Norris.

I was very happy with the customer service at Broadway Toyota, Rod was very helpful and patient while I was making my choice on what car I wanted to go with. Even though It took me about 3 weeks to make my decision I did go back to this dealership because Rod answered my questions that I had regardless if I was actually going to come back in to purchase a car from him. After I made my decision I called him and let him know that I wanted to come in a purchase the car and he made sure that the time I spent there was as painless and short as possible.

If you know what you want come see these guys. I wanted a black toyota crewmax and in the northwest they are scarce. I emailed them about the availability of the truck and got a quick response (I emailed probably a dozen dealerships and didn't even hear back from half). They told me they didn't have one and asked if I was interested in another color. I said no not interested. Thought that was the end of it. The next day Rod had gone out of his way and found exactly what I was looking for without me even asking him to do it. I had already Kelley Blue booked it and knew what I wanted to pay. I told them my budget and we worked a few numbers tried the different incentives and which way was the best for me. Normal stuff right, well we did this all over the phone and through emails and never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me since I am a first time buyer. The whole process was exciting and fun like it should be. I never felt like I was being forced. This process took maybe 15 minutes over the phone. They reserved the vehicle and brought it over to Broadway. I showed up by 5 and did all the paperwork and was driving home by 7, on probably one of the busier days at the dealership too. It was about as laid back as it gets. Bottom line is they got me my truck, got it down to the exact price that I wanted, a better APR rate than I expected, gave me a ton of one on one time, and were very kind to my girlfriend and I, and went beyond what their job description requires of them. I will give them all the business I can.

I did not have a very pleasant experience with Broadway Toyota. I saw a car online and stopped by to take a look at it and was greeted by an older gentleman with an accent and a bad attitude. When I told him I just wanted to look today he became visibly angry and kept pressuring me to buy and eventually he just left me on the lot and went back to the corner where all the salesman were gathered. I visited this dealer about 5 month ago and dealt with 2 other salesman which were a lot nicer but I did not see them again and when asked was told they no longer work here. Why are the salesman all new every time I visit here? Reading other reviews it becomes obvious they are fake and witted by the employers. Stay away from these guys.

My Review of Broadway Toyota-Scion:
My dad and I traveled to Broadway Toyota from Boise, Idaho after viewing a Tacoma that I was interested in purchasing on their web site. They are one of VERY FEW dealers that actually use photos of their own vehicles on their web site and I appreciated that compared to viewing a photo from Toyota's advertising. Their web site gave me all the information I needed to be able to make a logical choice about driving so far to see a truck. I was able to contact Heather prior to leaving to get more information and that also helped. Once making the trip to Portland Heather made sure and set plenty of time aside to be able to explain the truck to us as well as answer any questions we had. She was very flexible in her schedule since we had a 6.5 to 7 hour drive to get there. Everyone we delt with through this process was very kind and friendly and just a bit surprised that we had driven so far to see a truck. The hassle was taken completely out of this process and that will have me coming back to Boardway Toyota for future purchases. After purchasing my truck they made sure I had a full tank of gas as they were aware that I was driving right back to Boise. Heather contacted me soon after returning to Boise to make sure we had an enjoyable experience as well as making it home safe and that the truck performed well on the drive home.

I purchased a new Toyota Tundra from this guys and very happy with the service and help i received finding the truck i needed. The best way to get a great deal is to do your homework and and be knowledgeable as them and then everyone is happy at the end of the transaction.
