He got a member of their service department to review the mechanical aspects of the supercharged engine with us and was instrumental in helping to resolve minor issues which I requested to be remedied as part of our purchase agreement. Negotiation of a fair price was quick and didn't have a lot of back and forth as I've experienced at many other dealerships. Andrew also followed-up after the sale to make sure the vehicle met my high expectations. More
Above and Beyond other Dealers I went to Brogan Cadillac because I received a letter which said I could get $10,000 for my 2008 Cadillac DTS with 102,000 miles which I confirmed wit I went to Brogan Cadillac because I received a letter which said I could get $10,000 for my 2008 Cadillac DTS with 102,000 miles which I confirmed with a telephone call. I wanted to buy a new 2014 Cadillac CTS. My sales rep was Andrew Gonzalez and he showed my some new 2014 CTS cars. Andrew was very personable and indicated that he wanted to give me the best deal possible so he showed me a variety of Cadillacs that were "loaners" with mileage that were still considered "new" with all the warranties. The he showed me a 2013 XTS with only 8800 miles on it and told me that this car had to be sold as a "used car". I took it for a test ride and then I compared it to the 2014 and 2015 XTS and to my eye they all looked the same, but the 2013 was considerably less expensive. I checked with other dealers and could not match the deal Andrew gave me. He went above and beyond what a regular sales rep does for a customer. Andrew and Brogan Cadillac gets Five stars from me. In less than 2 hours I found myself purchasing a 2014 Cadillac ATS and I am very pleased I did. I purchased a new 2008 CTS from Brogan Cadillac back in 2008. I dealt with salesman Cliff Beebe, who was wonderful to deal with. Easy to talk to, funny, direct, helpful and knowledgeable. TJ Ely was als 2008. I dealt with salesman Cliff Beebe, who was wonderful to deal with. Easy to talk to, funny, direct, helpful and knowledgeable. TJ Ely was also involved in approving the transaction and he was excellent to deal with as well. But that is not exactly why I'm writing this review. I moved away from the area in 2009 and had very little contact with Brogan or Cliff since (maybe one or two services, and they were fine). Fast forward to August of 2013. My wife and small children were stranded one night when my other car's battery died. I took my CTS to give them a jump start. As you car guys probably suspect, this non-car guy was in for a surprise when I popped the hood of my CTS. . . there was no battery to be found! My car guy friend was not reachable. The service place where I now live was long closed. So, I called over to Brogan, but its service department had just closed. Then it dawned on me to ask for Cliff Beebe. I re-introduced myself and Cliff could not have been kinder. In fact, he was AMAZING. He told me why I didn't see the battery (it's in the trunk!) and how to work around that. He insisted on staying on the phone until he heard my wife's car start. Thanks to his great assistance, it did. I owe him a debt of gratitude . . . he is a stand up guy and truly a wonderful person to deal with. Thanks again, Cliff!! More
