Brogan Cadillac said they would pay for the two months left on my current lease as stated in their paperwork and the preliminary lease agreement. Upon further examination of the paperwork, I realized the left on my current lease as stated in their paperwork and the preliminary lease agreement. Upon further examination of the paperwork, I realized they were actually including the two months remaining into the payment of my new lease agreement. This is an underhanded practice that these car dealers try to pull on Mr. John Q. public every day. Since I am a seasoned business man I noticed the discrepancy on my contract and the paperwork I viewed at Brogan. I went to Brogan Cadillac to discuss this with the salesman, their only response was this is the way they handle this. However, in the contract it clearly states "Brogan to take over last two lease payments." They then tried to include the two lease payments on the back end, in my new monthly lease agreement. While this was going on, the owner who introduced himself as TJ, asked the salesman to leave. He then sat down with me to try to give me some senseless explanation on how they process a lease return. I showed him the contract and where it states, "Brogan to take care of the last two lease payments." I informed him this is basically consumer fraud. How is it that your company would credit me the two lease payments and then proceed to add them onto my new lease agreement. At this point, I am very upset and I leave the dealership. The owner, who introduced himself as TJ, follows me outside, tells me to never to come in the dealership again, he asked for my credit card and refunds my deposit. I have been a loyal Cadillac customer for the last seven years, with Gold Coast Cadillac and thought it would be in my best interest to deal with Brogan the local Cadillac dealer. As a business man, I would still offer Brogan and their owner the opportunity to take this moment of truth and offer a loyal Cadillac consumer an apology. Let the honest consumer beware of this bait and switch tactic. More
I LOVE BROGAN CADILLAC!!!! I went in to look, just look. I saw a 2006 SRX that caught my eye. While looking it over Mr. Bobowicz asked if I needed help. That was it. He was so xxxx good. He was incredibly proffesional. This is the way it should be when you buy a car. I have owned other vehicles but this is my first "almost new" car. Its the nicest vehicle I have ever owned. They treated me like I was buying a brand new Bently. The used car guy I dealt with was awesome too!!!! I put down 2000 and the agreed price was 25000. My down payment just covered my fees. When I went to pick it up the used car guy dropped the price to 24000. When I asked why he said the bank was asking me for more money down and it was easier for him to lower the price than ask me to come back in with more money. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? ThIS IS HOW ITS DONE!!!! I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! BROGAN HAS ME FOR LIFE!! Its also my first Caddy and will be the first of many!!! All screaming aside. This was an unbeleivably easy experience. Mr. Bobowicz still calls on occasion, just to see if everything is OK. I recommend this dealer to EVERYONE!! BROGAN YOU RULE!!!!! More
