They are absolutely scammers. I came in to get something fixed that is under warranty. (I lease a brand new car), and they just did a bunch of other stuff, but didn’t fixed the is I came in to get something fixed that is under warranty. I’ve never in my life had such a repulsive experience with a company. I cannot believe how crooked they are. Obviously that’s the dealerships culture if they have the front ladies lying to my face and working hand in hand with the mechanics. Truly disgusting. Thanks to them I will never lease or own a Jeep again. Never. If they are scamming people everyday and Chrysler is just letting it happen, I don’t want to give them my money. No wonder they offered me an amazon gift card to give them a good google view when I leased my car from them… More
You guys are so wrong Have my jeep cherokee 2016 going on 3weeks now and no one will let me know anything I can not get any updates there's a lot of gate keepers that work in the service department you could 3weeks now and no one will let me know anything I can not get any updates there's a lot of gate keepers that work in the service department you could never speak with anyone most of the young ladys in the service dept are rude they know nothing about customer service I am an IRATE customer and who wouldn't be after 3weeks without your car This all started when I brought my vehicle in for 3 recalls and the mileage was blinking I was charged $2,700 you had my truck for 1week ok a day after getting it back it shut off I had to tow it to you guys you had it for 3days my truck was parked up for 2week when I went to drive it started making loud noise and driving slow so I took it to my mechanic friend who drove the several time and slid up under the truck and ask when was the last time the truck was on alift I told him the only time was when You guys had it and FYI before this I never had any problems with my truck no light on the dash I had no problems , so my mechanic told me that the Wheel Defferential is crack ok so I brought my truck back on 6/24 I have been without my vehicle and I can never speak with anyone I was warned about you I should have listen So yeah I do not have a good review Brooklyn Chrysler Jeep Cherokee Ram You Have One Very Disappointed Unsatisfied Customer Sincerely Sophia Malcolm More

I brought my working/job van Ram ProMaster 2500, 2021 year(KLN 3624). I went to this dealer Brooklyn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM due to a recall, and I scheduled service on the nearest available date, 02/16 year(KLN 3624). I went to this dealer Brooklyn Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM due to a recall, and I scheduled service on the nearest available date, 02/16/2024. The waiting time was over a month. However, the van wasn't inspected until today, 02/21/2024, after many days from my appointment time. The car service management mentioned a large backlog, but I had a specific appointment booked in advance for 02/16/2024 at 12:10 pm. There seems to be a problem with queue in the service, causing significant losses to me personally. If the service is unable to attend to the car, then they should reschedule for a time when they can accommodate it. This issue originated from the recall of manufacturer, which led me to contact the official service. I strongly advise against dealing with this dealer! Also they don’t give me a time when the car is going to be ready! More

This place is abosolutely terrible. Their mechanics are utterly incompetent. They misdiagnosed my car and overcharged me $4,500 to replace a clutch that didn't require replacement. Thei Their mechanics are utterly incompetent. They misdiagnosed my car and overcharged me $4,500 to replace a clutch that didn't require replacement. Their mechanic knowingly returned a car with defective repairs. instead of properly realigning the transmission, they caught two wiring harnesses between the transmission and the engine which resulted in mechanic only being able to install 2 of the 5 bolts needed to secure the transmission. 1 of those 2 bolts was cross threaded causing permanent damage. Instead of trying to figure out why they couldn't get the mounting brackets to align they just retuned the car saying it was complete. The clutch hose blew less than 200 miles later and when I took it back to them they charged to replace the hose that should have been replaced in the first place. I had no choice but to pay together my car back. By the time I got it back, every single warning light/alert light on the dash consul was lit, the battery was dead and the drive was driving horribly once I replaced the battery due to the wire harnesses being crushed. When I took it to a real mechanic to have it fixed he couldn't believe how badly the work was performed and also confirmed that the original repair that I was extorted for was unnecessary. I have been trying for weeks to get the issue resolved but the Owner, Chris Erato, just keeps dodging calls and ignoring emails. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. Incompetent, unprofessional and and criminal. You're better off driving your vehicle off a cliff than bringing it here. More
I went into This dealership to get my Jeep fixed. Yes they provided me all the information of what needed to be fixed on my vehicle. However, they tried to get me to spend more money. They are horrible their communication service is terrible. They should not even be able to use the phones. They gave me 100 different stories about my vehicle in order for me to spend more money. They are holding my vehicle hostage and will not give it back to me until I comply with their wants. Every time I call them there different ppl return my phone call with different stories. This dealership is horrible don’t go there. The drive to a different dealership is worth it. Trust me!!! Once I get my car back this dealership can burn down cuz they don’t do a good job at all. More
