We purchased a used 2002 Escalde from Dougs . We were on vacation from Montana to Washington and we found this car ,we got a graet trade in value. We were leary of a out of state purchase on a car with an a vacation from Montana to Washington and we found this car ,we got a graet trade in value. We were leary of a out of state purchase on a car with an as is no warranty. We were assured that it had been checked out and we would have no problems.So we left on a 500mile test drive. We had no problems it was a awesome ride home.However when we got home the Escalede was leaking tranny fluid horribly,so we called Dougs and they said to get it looked at and they would cover the cost of the repair.Now that is above and beond . I cant think of anybody who would be willing to fix a used car that is 500 mi from the dealership and sold as is no warranty.We have had no problems since and love the car more everyday.Whan it comes time i will drive to Dougs and purchase another. Thank you Dougs. More
I never take polls or answer surveys but I need to this time. I am in my mid fifties, have owned several cars, vistited several dealerships and repair facilities in my life. Never have I felt more at home time. I am in my mid fifties, have owned several cars, vistited several dealerships and repair facilities in my life. Never have I felt more at home than at Dougs. These people not only care about taking care of a car but also taking care of the customer. One of the Service Consultants once told me once that fixing the car is one thing but fixing the customer and their understanding of the car was another. These guys go out of their way to explaine what is happening with my cars (4 of them) and what needs to be done all in terms that even I can understand. When they are done it always comes back to me clean! The same goes for the sales department. The most peasureable experience I have ever had. If your car needs repair, service or you are buying a car you owe it to yourself to visit these people. More
