Michael, I just pulled the paperwork and it shows clearly in large font that this is a powertrain warranty. the maintenance also spells out clearly what is covered. Yeah, I mentioned in my review what I was TOLD by the finance rep. I don't think I mentioned paperwork at all.....You are correct though, I should have questioned more vs. "Take my word for it" as I was told. Either way it is what it is but do go ahead and cancel my maintenance agreement and refund the prorated balance. I had texted my sales rep on that but have yet to hear back. I will keep the power train warranty for now as I do agree that is a good thing to have but am working with a couple after market companies on another form of coverage so will be cancelling that as well in the near future. Thank You!

This review is very deceiving. The customer came in for a factory recall at 8 am on a Saturday, the vehicle had the recall completed and returned to the customer in less than 30 minutes (basic reprogramming). The vehicle had damage when it came in, which we marked on a walk-around sheet prior to taking possession of the vehicle. As a courtesy we went to the video tape to see if anyone had been near the vehicle other than the technician. NO one had been near the vehicle. Furthermore the sales department opens at 9 am. We would never damage someones vehicle because they didn't not purchase a car from us since servicing a vehicle with us is a big part of what we do. The vehicle is five years old and has normal damage and wear and tear which we noted. I'm not sure what the end goal of this customer is.
