I will not say anything bad about the other VW Dealerships in town because everyone has a bad day. I will say that this was the best car buying experience I have had in years. I love my TDI Passat!! Colby Hall was my salesman and what a great guy!!

I just bought my 3rd Volkswagen from Brown's. I am not one to fill out online reviews as a norm, but I feel obligated to share how well this dealer does business. They really do it all the right way. I had a problem with my last car after the warranty expired. The GM (Bill Colegate) there pretty much hand held my wife through the repair while I was out of the country on business. This is the kind of service that is the norm with them. And just so everyone knows, they fixed the car for my wife at no charge. You have a customer for life.

My Review of Brown's Volkswagen Suzuki:
Good professional attitude from Mr. Cooper. He apologized for the extra time that I had to have the car in because the required part didn't come in when he though it would. I appreciate the honesty. He said the part didn't come in but when it did, the car would be fixed. He took care of some recall stuff which i didn't even know had been issued. Good exerpience. I just wish the car itself was less repair-prone. Overall, Mr. Cooper handled everything well.

My Review of Brown's Volkswagen Suzuki:
I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Brown's and discovered that the fuel door was inoperable. I brought the car in for another reason and they ordered the part. When I returned to have the part installed they charged me $50. Now let me get this straight; I buy a car and find an issue and you charge me $50 for my trouble. The rep in the service department said I should reach out to the sales person and have them waive the charge because he could not. I have been in management long enough to know he could have made this right but chose to pass it along. Now I have to waste my time reaching out to the sales team on top of the $50.

After close review of this incident it has been determined that we were in fact at fault. Consequently we have refunded his $50.00 and have contacted him with regard to his refund and have expressed our apologies to him.

I would like to take time to mention that Brown's has taken time to reach out to me and explain where the disconnect in my experience took place. I appreciate the ability of a business to admit when a mistake was made and the willingness to work to make things right. Kudos to Brown's for following up and making efforts to address my complaints.

I've used this Brown's VW for over 5 years now and have always found them to be great to work with. Scheduling appointments is easy. Shuttle service is convenient. Waiting room is comfortable. I've always been willing to pay dealer prices for confidence in quality partts and service.

My Review of Brown's Volkswagen Suzuki:
Brown's VW service department always gives me a scheduled time for my regular service appointments and always has my golf ready within about an hour. It is rare to find a place that can do any maintenance on a timely schedule. Thanks for not making it an all day visit!!!! For my last maintenance they informed me there were 2 recalls that needed to be performed on my Golf and asked me if I wanted them BEFORE they did it. RARE great service!!!

Just to give a little history in reguards to colby hall.....colby and i used to go to school together and where i purchased my corolla over 4 years ago,he also was working there at the time.now since hes left priority toyota colby has been trying to help me out with a car since.he calls me up and tells me i got some good news for u....would you like and early xmas present? i said colby dont play with me lol.low and behold that night i bring home a 2012 jetta se.colby is an outstanding salesman with a wonderful personality and will work hard to get you the best deal possible.hes understanding and he listens to what the customer wants and need.not very may salessmen will work for the customer but u can count on colby too.hes very determined but gentle at the same time and you can guarantee he always get the job done.

My Review of Brown's Volkswagen Suzuki:
Colby was extemly helpful. I purchased a used 2005 escalade. Mr. Hall went out of his way to make sure I could get the proper financing with fair apr rates. He was very polight and effective. He allowed me to take the car overnight in order to make certein this was the car I wanted. The day after I purchased the car the winsheild cracked and he went the extra mile to get it replaced at no charge. His manager originally only wanted to pay half but Colby got the head manager on the phone and explained the situtation and got it taken car of for me free of charge. The overall service and experience was excellent thanks to Colby Hall.
