This would have been our third vehicle to be purchased at Brunswick. I negotiated a deal and they had to order the truck as they did not have one in stock. I put a 500.00 deposit down on the truck. They told me I could expect the vehicle the week of Christmas. It did not come, but I was in no hurry so it did not matter. On December 28th we left for a week vacation that we had planned for months. Brunswick called me on the 29th so say the truck just arrived. I told them we would be in as soon as we returned from our trip. Two minutes later the manager Terry called angry saying that she never would have approved the deal if it was not to be complete prior to the end of the year. I told her we never discussed anything like that. She said then we do not have a deal and HUNG UP ON ME!!! I gave her three days to call me back and she never did, so I called another Toyota deal and negotiated another deal. I had to pay 300.00 more, but I agreed. Another manager from Brunswick called me on January 3rd to see if we could work something out, but I had already made a deal with another dealership the day before. They tried to get me to switch back to them and in good faith I could not go back on a deal even if I had to pay extra. I asked for my 500.00 deposit back and he said he would refund my money. That was January 3rd and I did not get that refund until just last week which was Febuary 16th. I had to make several repeat calls to get the refund. It was not until I threatened to get an attorney that I finally got the refund. I had put the deposit on a credit card, so refunding it to the credit card should have only taken 24 hours. I went to Montrose Toyota and had a great experience. Kind in mind that Brunswick would NOT trade vehicles with Montrose because they knew the truck would be going to us. I did nothing wrong and just because we were away and they did not make a quota is not my problem. More

I almost made a huge mistake and purchased from another dealership! I had been looking for a new Jetta at a few different places. I was skeptical at first, until I spoke with Andy. He assured me the price was for real, and I could immediately tell from his demeanor and confidence that he was telling me the truth! And of course he was! I love the Jetta, love the deal I got, and will surely be back to buy from these guys again! No games at all...soooo refreshing! More

I own a 2009 Jetta TDI that I purchased from Medina Volkswagen. I drive a lot of miles (42,000 / year) and have had the vehicle serviced at many different dealerships. I was involved in an accident that did little cosmetic damage but required $6,000 in mechanical repairs. I had it towed to Medina World Cars where Allen worked with my insurance company on the claim and to be sure it was handled quickly and completely. Allen communicated the progress daily and reassured me that the repairs would be done thoroughly. When I picked the car up, the mechanic reviewed the repairs with me and me feel comfortable. Several weeks later, I had a major fuel system malfunction and again had the vehicle towed to Medina. Allen worked with VW to cover the repairs and again communicated effectively every step of the way. Medina World Cars provided a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being performed. Their concern and communication was perfect. More

Medina World Cars is the few dealerships that are family owned. Unlike the ripoff scam artists such as Ganley. Allen is great, always gives great service and never trys to push anything that you don't need for your car. I've invested over 3,000 into my car and everything is what I would expect. The rewards program is also something others claim to so call "have" but don't even come close. This dealership is a 5 star dealership and is definately a place I would recommend to anyone owning either a volkswagen or Mazda, which is right next door. More

They take the time to make sure that the buyer is completely satified. They are both extremely professional and accommodating and have never used any pressure tactics to make a sale. Contrary... at times we all share a laugh or two! They actually make buying a car from them very enjoyable. At times it can be a challenge, but that's part of the business. I highly recommend these gentlemen for the purchase of a new vehicle from Brunswick Auto Mart. The service department has my same recommendation. I was greeted by Jonathan who listened to my request. Within minutes the service order was completed and forwarded to Dominic, who completed the service. The work was completed as professionally as they were towards me. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable. What a felling of confidence! I have to believe the Pantek family is proud of the mentioned employees and their establishment. I know I'm proud to have met them. I am greeted by name, asked what my car needs, and enjoy pleasant conversations with the service manager, the receptionist, and even the salesman who sold my car to me 6 years ago. One of the things I appreciate as a college student (and now recent graduate) is a headsup when my car is nearing a large repair. When the battery died a few months ago, I was able to pinpoint a conversation6 months prior warning that the battery was low and I should be prepared that it might not make it through winter and definitely would not last until the summer. They were right--and I was prepared. I had always imagined owning my own car would be a nightmare--my experience here has proven the exact opposite. :) More
