Really appreciated all the employees at this dealership. We dealt with Lee mostly who was great, but everyone else there seemed to chip in and help with various things as they were pretty busy. One of the sales guys even offered to keep an eye on our 4 month old for a few minutes while we walked outside to look the vehicle over. Good value on my trade in and good price on a 2012 Durango. Smooth car buying process. They were also able to be competitive with the financing. Would highly recommend them! More
I had a great experience at Bud's. Lee was awesome to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received an immediate e-mail from her when I sent in a question about the truck even though i to work with and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I received an immediate e-mail from her when I sent in a question about the truck even though it was around 11 pm. The next day we e-mailed back and forth a few times and talked over the phone and I decided to buy the truck from her even though it was a 2 1/2 hour drive. It was well worth the drive to get the excellent customer service that I received. I love my new truck and if I decide to purchase another new vehicle I would more than likely make the drive over there again. Thanks Bud's !!! More

Stopped by Tuesday approx. 1520 for an oil change and to inquire about a recall notice on my vehicle. They were busy so I made an appt for Friday morning to have my oil changed and the recall taken care of. inquire about a recall notice on my vehicle. Arrived on time for my appt, the service tech took my keys and told me to have a seat in the waiting area. I thought to myself that the repair must not take that long. I waited a little over an hour and my service tech walked through. He did stop to let me know he was getting the paperwork together right then. Approx 1130 I went up to the service window. I asked the lady if she would find out how much longer it was going to be. She took my name and went out into the work area. When she returned she told me that the tech was doing my paperwork right now. I told her he said that to me approx. 40 mins ago. She turned away and I asked for her name and wrote it down. The tech came out shortly after and handed me the paperwork and walked away. I asked of his back, "where do I pay?". He gestured towards the service window and left. Another gentleman who was waiting told me my oil change should be free. I paid at the window and left. I will never take my Jeep there again. There is a dealership in a neighboring town. I have no idea what the recall was about or how long it took to fix. I hope the oil change was done since my service reminder was never reset. More

"Why" am I giving John 5 out of 5 stars.......John is amazingly awesome! I could go to another dealership and get a "family discount" from a salesman but I don't because I like John stars.......John is amazingly awesome! I could go to another dealership and get a "family discount" from a salesman but I don't because I like John and his low pressure attitude. Through Johns amazing selling techniques he has managed to sell me not 1, not 2, but 3 new vehicles all with in about a ten month period. Were not talking walk in and pick a car off of the lot either. Actually sat down and ordered all 3 vehicles. As much as I like John though this behavior of me trying to boost his sales has got to STOP. I can not keep buying cars just to help John maintain his status as a world champion car salesman. So it is with great regret that I will not be buying another car from John for at least the next 3 years.......unless of course they change the body style, or come out with some amazing feature, or bring back the purple! This is not a paid advertisement.......HOWEVER, I could easily be compensated and thanked with some free oil changes and car washes! Person who is reading this please feel free to share with John just how much I like John! Also, please note that per the instructions listed above I have used many descriptive words, have well exceeded the 25 word minimum, and have answered "Why" 5 out of 5 on all 5 reviews. Also, Kudos for giving John the big office, even if he does have to share it! More

I have had 2 great experiences with Buds in the past 2years. We have bought a brand new vehicle and a used vehicle. Chris was very knowledgeable with both vehicles.
