I had spoken with Dennis about a vehicle prior but it didn’t fit my requirements, when one came in that did, he reached out to me and made the deal happen! He offered the original vehicle at such a great deal that a co-work purchased it. When I arrived at the dealership to sign for both vehicles it was Dennis’ day off, he still came in and work the paperwork with a warm smile and endless cheerful resilience. His follow-up phone call that Monday because of the problems I was having with the transport company was perfectly timed to put me back at ease. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership! I went in for the airbag recall and had my torque converter diagnosed under the extended warranty. Everyone there was extremely friendly. I got a 2016 I went in for the airbag recall and had my torque converter diagnosed under the extended warranty. Everyone there was extremely friendly. I got a 2016 TLX sh-awd as a loaner. " very impressed with it by the way" They replaced the airbag inflator and diagnosed torque converter failure. They had the torque converter replaced in the time frame given to me. When I went to pickup my car they where very friendly and had me out of there in less than 10 min. My car was returned to my in the same condition I left it and it drives great with the new torque converter. I will definitely go there for my next vehicle purchase. More

Needed a "new" car before I planned! I want to thank Andy and Gregg in used car department for all their help. I was in a car accident and totaled my 2004 MDX. Greg did an excellent job I want to thank Andy and Gregg in used car department for all their help. I was in a car accident and totaled my 2004 MDX. Greg did an excellent job working with us (my husband Perry) and finding an RDX. Only problem is we need to tow a 19 foot boat with this vehicle --- ended up getting an MDX with Andy's excellent assistance (Andy also sold us another car a few years back). Andy went above and beyond and made the experience fun. Great work! I will be back again. Please thank the service department for the thorough vehicle inspection and Dan in finance. Matt and Terry will be surprised when I drive in this 10 year newer MDX! Nice talking to Sandy (who sold me the totaled vehicle) while waiting for the papers to be done. More
