And I was told that she gets in at 9am … I left a message. On my third phone call….same day… I was told she was no longer an employee….. then why did they even tell me her name and transfer me to “her” voicemail?? They then transferred me to the manager of the person I bought the car from. NO calls back or a person to talk to except the receptionist… if I get pulled over, they will be paying the ticket. If I get pulled over and my car gets towed, they will be paying for that too along with the ticket More

I purchased my Chevrolet Silverado from Burke. I've owned the truck for two years. Recently my radiator began to leak. I called to see if I could get my truck in, but it was a week and a half wait I've owned the truck for two years. Recently my radiator began to leak. I called to see if I could get my truck in, but it was a week and a half wait. I took it to a local mechanic, Seitz, who diagnosed the issue. They said I could drive it as long as I continued to refill it, but recommended the radiator be changed. They also suggested I reach out tonsee if they, Burke, might work with me as it appeared the crack was a defect. And of course I am over my warranty miles, so I was facing a $1200 repair bill. I called Burkes service department and they still couldn't get me in. I tried explaining what I was dealing with and was met with a very callous attitude. I asked if they'd be willing to work with me, and was told, we have to see it first. You either will, or won't. It's not that difficult. Disgusted with my Burke conversation, I called Gentilini Chevy. They were much more receptive and helpful. They told me to contact GMC, gave me an appointment two days out, and took care of the radiator for half the cost quoted. Gentilini has a new forever customer. GMC also called me and awarded me 40,000 points toward a future purchase. This is how business should be done. The folks at Burke should take lessons, they need the help More
What an incredible dealership. I was searching for a Jetta for my daughter, and after contacting a few dealerships and getting additional fees up to $2500 about there posted price, we found these guys Jetta for my daughter, and after contacting a few dealerships and getting additional fees up to $2500 about there posted price, we found these guys on AutoTrader. I've bought alot of cars over the years and these people have a new customer for life. Zero pressure, Matt in they're used car department showed us numerous Jettas and my daughter decided on a 2020 they offered. With the current situation I feel the car was extremely competitively priced and you know what, other than an extremely reasonable doc. fee, there was NOTHING else. Tax and motor vehicle, that's it. Nobody wanted a deposit or to run credit, nobody bothered us until we were ready. No window etching fees, no "reconditioning " fees and Matt was the nicest young man ever! We purchased the car, the manager gave us an ungodly low interest rate, and that was it. Cowboy Roy in the finance department handled the business end perfectly. Not to mention I never laughed so much while signing a loan paper. He's a good man. Matt sent us to a wonderful local diner for some breakfast while the cleaned and fueled the car, and yes the tank was full when we got it. The Burke family's commitment to the community is unwavering. No wonder they've been in business for 105 years. I also got to choose 1 of 4 local charities which they made a donation too in my name! I could go on all day, but instead I'll just say I won't ever go anywhere else. More
6 months later and they still haven’t released the title or registration. My sister died Friday and I need transportation to get back to Pennsylvania and I can’t even get Burke motors to return a call. My c or registration. My credit is tied up at my credit union because Burke motors has not released the title in two years to the credit union . I’m disabled and can’t get a new I’d and they refuse to help me in anyway. They return no calls. The lady who has been put on my case cannot be bothered. Why can I not speak to the owner of Burke motors. Buy the car back if you are not going to release the title. You have the full amount paid by my credit union. I have paid $8,000 already for a car I can’t use. You are ruining my life and have made it impossible to travel to my own sisters funeral. I just leased a 2021 Equinox from Burke Motor Group to replace my 2018 Cruze which had reached the end of its lease. It was a great experience! There were some hurdles to clear and obstacles to navigate around due to my credit and financial limitations, but from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment I drove away in my new vehicle a few days later, the staff at BMG were courteous, professional, and really treated me well. My salesman, Ned Hood, was absolutely fantastic. He found the PERFECT car for me — at another dealership, no less — and made the arrangements to acquire it. I gave him the most non-specific preferences to go by, and he somehow managed to find a vehicle that was precisely the configuration I had in mind as my “ideal.” The sales manager, Matt Slobodjian, really put in the effort to help secure the financing approval for my new lease. He's good at what he does, and his demeanor when explaining things to me and discussing my options was calm, patient, and professional. The Texan finance guy who did all the paperwork with me (Mr. Powers) has a personality bigger than the state he came from and was super chill and easy to work with. Overall, my experience with Burke Motor Group was great. This is the third vehicle I have bought or leased from them in my lifetime, and I will certainly be coming back for my next. More
