Austin, it is impossible for us to obtain your credit information without you providing it to us. We addressed all parties involved, somewhere in the transaction you provided the information for our team to pull credit. We would never pull anyone's credit if they weren't interested in purchasing a vehicle, and it's not uncommon for a customer not wanting to commit without us getting a commitment from the bank regarding payment and rate.

Mattieboy, we do our best to service our vehicles to be in best shape possible & sometimes we have to send a vehicle to their manufacturer for repairs. Looking at your deal, you purchased a used 2010 Jeep wrangler with over 100,000 miles & we can't predict when issues are going to arise. Please contact me directly if there is anything I can help you with. Andie Villalobos 817-782-8611

Burleson Honda responded

Aric, we apologize if our team did not explain the figures correctly. KBB gives a number based on the information you enter, and we apologize if your trade in was not worth what you thought it was. If there is anything we can help with in the future please let us know.

the car was worth what KBB said it was worth. The other dealer gave me the correct amount. The problem i had was: 1. You added over $5000 onto the base price of the honda HRV because you said that it was the cheapest price you could sell it for. 2. When I said I would not pay the added $9000 dollar price, you lowered the $9000 dollar additional charge for the vehicle to $7500 and then also lowered the value of my trade in by $1500. Every part of the deal was dishonest as you can purchase a HRV for MSRP price. Sneakily changing the value of the trade-in vehicle to make it look like I was paying less for the new car was underhanded. Stating that my 2018 Chevrolet Colorado in excellent condition and 70 thousand miles was worth $25K after the KBB trade in value listed it as $31,105 is very dishonest. Also responding to this post as if I didn't understand the numbers, because you didn't explain how I should pay more for your vehicle than MSRP and accept less for my vehicle than the KBB offer your dealership provided is even more proof of how everyone should avoid this dealership.

Aric responded

I just receive an email from this dealer saying not to accept a deal with a market adjustment. I recommend not using this dealer as they added. 25% market adjustment to a car I tried to purchase. I highly recommend avoiding this place until they fall under new management and have transparent pricing before you arrive. Never pay MSRP or more than MSRP. This dealership is why dealerships will go away in the future.
