Classic Bait and Switch. I was told to come in and test drive a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. This vehicle would be waiting for me in the front of the building. I wanted a key ignit I was told to come in and test drive a 2015 Hyundai Elantra. This vehicle would be waiting for me in the front of the building. I wanted a key ignition and not a push button start. I made this very clear. I drove 10 miles out of my way to get to this dealership. The car that was waiting for me was a 2016, Bronze Elantra, push button start. No Thanks! I drove over to Toyota next door and then test drove the Toyota Corolla, S Plus and I like the way that car better. More
Horrible Place Horrible people and dealer!!! I went for the repair of my Sonata's melted door frame inside tape. After the service when i checked the door i not Horrible people and dealer!!! I went for the repair of my Sonata's melted door frame inside tape. After the service when i checked the door i noticed there is a small piece of door frame outside rubber is broken and missing. I told them immediately about this and they told me come back tomorrow for the repair. Next day they told me it was missing before they started working on my car and they would not repair it. However i am 100% sure it wasn't the case and outside door frame rubber wasn't broken as i had inspected the car just before handing over to them. The next day i noticed something is vibrating inside the same door and when i told them about vibration i got the same reply they did not do it. After a single repair my door start vibrating on bump's and i have a rubber piece missing from the door frame. Would never go there again and stay away from this dealer. They would damage your car and would not take responsibility. STAY AWAY !!! More
My first complaint is that the price on the vehicle we ultimatley bought was jacked up thousands. They had the 2008 Jeep Commander listed for $28,000, used on the lot. No dealer is going to knock off $8,000 to make the deal happen. It just shows that they would take advantage of an unknowledgable customer if they can. Secondly, after a couple of car washes, alot of surface scratches and scuffs began to appear. Apparently they did a nice job hiding all the blemishes and didn't truly represent the overall cosmetic condition of the vehicle in doing so. Thirdly, after only having the car for a two months the sunroof broke. Luckily I had the extended warranty. Took the car in to get fixed and thats when i found out the service is horible. Told me they had to order the parts to fix it. Ok, that wasn't a problem, can happen at any dealer. When they parts came in, set up another appointment. Took car in and there it sat for a day without even being touched. It wasn't until day 2 that they got around to repairing the sunroof. Pleae explain to me the point of the appointment. I went with out a car for a day for no reason cause it just sat on their lot. Then they call me and tell me they have to order different parts. In all my car was there for 3 days just to get a sunroof fixed. I really think they have uneducated workers performing maintenance on vehicles. Lastly, when I went to pick up my car, I checked the work that was done and there were grease prints on the interior roof of my car and part of the ceiling was loose and hanging. Don't know if they thought I wouldn't check or what. Brought it to their attention and they tell me I will have to bring it back another day to get fixed. Right, apparently they could care less about inconvienencing me. They had plenty of workers there the day I picked it up, but no one could fix the problem then. Horrible service from top to bottom, quality to efficiency. I have had this car for only a couple of months and am already looking to trade it in somewhere else cause I just cant deal with these people anymore. Their customer service sucks. More
