I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe about two weeks go. everything went great with the deal. There was only one key fob for the car but the salesman told me I would get a second fob. Went back this week to pick up my registration and the sales manager told me I'd get. the fob. After I picked up the registration and returned to the showroom my salesman told me that because I didn't purchase the extended warranty I was buying the car "as is" and therefore did not qualify for the spare fob. I called their parts dept and found out the fob would cost $468.00 plus tax for the fob and programming. I think this is very bad business on their part and am very disappointed. More

We brought our car here for service on 9/26. They had it for over 2 weeks, and still could not tell me how much it would cost to replace the break line. They suggested I buy a new car. I made an appointment online to have my car serviced today but when I got there the place was closed for their Christmas party.
