WONDERFUL NEW CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo with Dustin. We were deciding between the new Volvo or the new Mercedes-Benz th We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our new Volvo with Dustin. We were deciding between the new Volvo or the new Mercedes-Benz that I had selected online. I was leaning towards the Volvo while my husband was leaning towards the Mercedes. We arrived first at the Volvo dealership and Dustin gave us the keys to test drive the Volvo. When we returned from our test drive, I explained to Dustin that we were leaving his dealership to go test drive a comparable Mercedes. Dustin was very respectful of our wish and did not try to pressure us into purchasing the Volvo without trying the Mercedes. Instead, he was confident that we would prefer the Volvo over the Mercedes. Not only did we prefer the Volvo over the Mercedes, but we also preferred the salesmanship of Dustin over the 'group' we encountered at the Mercedes dealership. More

Great Used Car Buying Experience I found a 2018 Toyota Camry online at Cars.com. The mileage and price simply blew me away. I thought it was a "too good to be true" kind of a deal. I found a 2018 Toyota Camry online at Cars.com. The mileage and price simply blew me away. I thought it was a "too good to be true" kind of a deal. I was wrong. When I called Byers Volvo, I spoke with Dustin. He secured financing over the phone and kept my payments within the price range I was looking for. I am a senior citizen, and was expecting to be railroaded into buying a used car with a multitude of mechanical problems. Well to my surprise, I was wrong again. There was only one problem, and Dustin made sure that problem was fixed the next day. He was respectful, honest, professional, and listened to all of my concerns. The Byers Volvo team was so very welcoming! They made me feel at ease and secure in myself the moment I walked into the dealership. I really appreciate the fact that I felt no pressure or felt Dustin was trying to pull a con job to get me to buy the car. This was an amazing buying experience! I would highly recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to check out Dustin at this dealership. More
