It took 3 months to get my 2021 Grand Cherokee electronic suspension fixed. This was not the dealers fault. Stellantis couldn’t be bothered to manufacture the part, so it wasn’t available. However, the deal suspension fixed. This was not the dealers fault. Stellantis couldn’t be bothered to manufacture the part, so it wasn’t available. However, the dealer left my Jeep sitting in the hot sun the entire time, causing my dashboard’s leather to come loose and crumple. I had a sun shade sitting in the back seat. I’ve called twice to discuss the issue with no response. Next stop corporate. If no response after that, court. Luckily, I’m a lawyer and won’t have to worry about whether the damages are too low to hire one. More

Previous visits have been 5 star, but this time was disappointing - RO# 74597 !! The tech declared the brake fluid 'dirty' and recommended replacement even tho: #1 he never took the cap off & just disappointing - RO# 74597 !! The tech declared the brake fluid 'dirty' and recommended replacement even tho: #1 he never took the cap off & just 'looked' at the yellow/opaque container and #2 this service was done at YOUR facility just a few months ( ~300 miles) ago !!!! Makes me question just how valid your service recommendations are. I will certainly scrutinize any future maintenance recommendations ! Heard a strange noise all the way home, popped the hood to find the brake fluid trim cover had not been put back on and was just clattering about on the main cowl. Not the end of the world, but certainly not up to the standards I've come to expect from your facility. More
