My husband and I were looking for a Town & Country van for travel and carrying larger items. We did research on the computer and decided that this van would be best for us. He showed us their inventory of vans. We were able to come to an agreement on a trade. Mr. Ricklefs has made several contacts to be sure everything was alright. We had one issue with a loose bracket. We traded in our 2012 Ford Edge for the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. The Ford with the Mytouch sync system was so difficult and a major distraction.
