Dropped truck off at 8:00 am for repair of transfer case seal leaking as scheduled. I was informed that the repair would probably take four hours to complete. I called service center at 3:55 pm to check on status. Was put on hold for 25 minutes - hung up - called back - told receptionist not to put me on hold and to see what status on my vehicle was. Spoke with Jose whom informed me they were working on the truck. I asked him if I was going to have my vehicle back today. He would have to call me back. 30 minutes later received call from Jose and he informed me that the truck repair was completed and it was ready for pick-up. I declined courtesy ride and had a neighbor take me to the service shop. Cabin filter replacement identified on 4-22-24 was completed at this time also. I understand repairs can have unavoidable time delays, but I feel status update could have been provided during the day since the repair was taking longer than anticipated. More
Scheduled ceramic treatment for the finish on my 2024 Pacifica. Made arrangements to drop off vehicle the night before to expedite the completion of the preparation for the application process. Was able to receive a loaner vehicle to return home and pick up my vehicle the following day. Excellent timing to minimize time without my vehicle and the ability to await the completion of the process in the comforts of my home. More
Truck was scheduled for oil change at 7:30 am. 7:40 checked in. 8:58 received walk around from tech with issues. Found Jose, truck was done - replacement of cabin filter had to be scheduled with fix of transfer case seal since they already had the truck for 2-1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Also was charged $38.00 for a new oil plug since the screw head was stripped. Mind you, this is a new truck that has had two oil changes, both completed by this shop.
