On Dec 27 my wife and myself went down to the regional justice center to get all the paper work to file against Larry Hamilton who is the general manager of Cadillac of Las Vegas. He had made a deal with a Mr. Barnes who is an investigator with the Dept. of Motor Vehicles here in Nevada, and still to this day has not held up to his end of the deal. He received a certified letter on Dec 28 2023 from us in which he has 10 days to respond, and if he does not respond in the 10 days we are going back to the regional justice center to file it in small claims court and he will have to appear. So that is where we stand right now . So I tell the people of Nevada like my father always said "you do not trust real estate people,, lawyers or car salesmen. So please stay away from Cadillac of Las Vegas if you don't want to go through what we went through. They have a D- rating with the BBB. More

Stuck with a car I'm not totally happy with. One of my required options was to have a wireless phone charger. I was assured one could be ordered/installed for a cost of $500. This was due to factory wiring not being in place. Someone at Cadillac should have known the wireless phone charger could NOT be retrofitted into my car. Then I basically had to beg for my money to be refunded me versus someone making sure it was. This is the 3rd time I've submitted feedback saying I'm not happy and yet they keep sending me text messages and emails asking for feedback. Doesn't make a lotta sense to me. How many times do you need to be told I'm not happy? Nobody has bothered to contact me. More

This has been the most horrible experience with a dealership for my husband and I we bought a Cadillac escalade on 08/02/2023, after finishing all the paperwork and before leaving the dealer the car rear mirror video mode was malfunctioning, so they ask us to come back so they can fix it, we receive a call from Samanta a week later to pick up the car and she said that we had no issues anymore but before leaving we notice the backup mirror video mode still not working and that we had a chip on the driver side door that wasn't there before( which she tried to blame on us) she call the technician and he wasn't even aware of the back mirror malfunction. (reason why we left the vehicle there) also air bag light turns on in front of the technician and a few days later suspension light turn on too. So here we go again to leave the car to get fix, they keep the vehicle for ALMOST A MONTH this time, with us calling so they can give us an update or letting us know something about the issues with the car, we went to the dealer personally talked to Thomas ( sales person) Ted ( financial) and Shaun Graham ( manager) because we want it to return the vehicle for all the issues it had, but he said that we can't, that he was going to make sure they fix everything, give us his card and told us to call him for updates, calls he never answer. when they finally finish the vehicle, I went to pick up the car, I ask Samantha about the work they did, and she said that is nothing they can do about the suspension because the warning lights are not there anymore. my husband was out of town, so I took the car home and parked in our driveway. When he came home and take the vehicle to wash then he notice that the step on the driver side door was all scratch from the bottom, we went to the dealer and this time we talked to Ryan Hardy( General sales manager) he told us that they will take care of the issue, give us his card and that we will receive his call Monday morning ( call that we never received) my husband call at 5:00 pm that day and he said that he was going to call him back in 40 minutes and guess what?. He never did! So next day I left a voice mail to Ryan because he did not answer my calls and later, we received a call from the service advisor Samantha telling my husband that maybe it was me who make that scratch on the vehicle because "I told her that I was going to take the vehicle to California" which is a complete lie. The vehicle was parked all the time in my driveway which I can prove because I have cameras recording all day every day, so now we have to pay over a thousand dollars to get a new step installed. I wish that I would have read all their negative reviews before doing business with this dealership. SAVE THE TROUBLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY WILL NEVER CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR VEHICLE, VERY UNPROFESIONAL PEOPLE RUNNING THIS PLACE, WE LEARN IT THE HARD WAY.
