Hello SpringK2019, When you and I met, you clearly expressed your strong opinions of Car Dealerships and their staff. I tried to reassure you that at Camelback Toyota we do strive to deliver a different experience, that obviously you had in the past. We also have processes in place to help create this customer centric experience. After listening and speaking with you, and trying to explain our processes of contacting guests and setting appointments, in order to devote dedicated time to our clients, you again shared that our processes don't work for you. You and I did discuss that, we at Camelback Toyota have listened to the voices of the Millennial, and they actually prefer to get as much information as possible in advance via text, emails etc., and having an appointment is important to anyone as it is a huge time saving step!! .
