Waiting too long, first time service after buying the brand new car and original 2-hour service( no oil change due to not enough mileage) and it turned to be 8-hour -long( come in two days, 5 hours and 3 brand new car and original 2-hour service( no oil change due to not enough mileage) and it turned to be 8-hour -long( come in two days, 5 hours and 3 hours each time, have to reschedule my work schedule and take extra time off due to first time not getting the work done due to auto shop tools’ issue and waited so long the auto shop was closed so have to come back again). Only come in for the service due to dealership offered it and the gentleman I worked with is nice but he is overworked and overwhelmed that have to keep working after the auto shop was closed and me ( with other customers) need to wait with him. Felt sorry for him and agreed to come back the 2nd time and came early in the morning( since he said afternoon time take longer and suggested come in the morning) and it’s delayed again… at least 4-hour salary gone thanks to this. Sorry for the gentleman he’s overworked but I paied extra time and money for this. One time is okay, two times in two days are too much. 0 rate for the service length, 4 star for the gentleman work there( would give 5 star if he’s not overworked) More
