The buying experience I had with Camelback Toyota will forever have me coming back to their dealer. Altogether we spent a couple hours at the dealer. After signing all the paperwork late one night we went back the next day for delivery of the car. Wendy and Tim also helped us and they were both helpful and worked with us. When my sister and I first arrived Thomas Coggins was very friendly and offered to show us around. He asked us questions and tried finding out what I liked as opposed to pushing me around the lot to cars very friendly and offered to show us around. Once I made my decision, there of course was a lot of back and forth. He still kept an amazing attitude. I signed my paperwork with Tyler Martin. Seeing as we were there from 1:30 in the afternoon to 9:00 at night he kept the attitude light and fun. It was refreshing being around someone who was still so happy to be there, even though they closed at 7:00. Both Thomas and Tyler didn't once seem irritated we kept them there and they both made sure I got a great deal. I will definitely recommend this dealership because of its excellent customer service and great employees. More

Our experience with Camelback Toyota over the past 3 days has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. My fiancé and I, along with our 8 month old daughter, were in a head on collision on Friday. Our Toyota Camry is has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. My fiancé and I, along with our 8 month old daughter, were in a head on collision on Friday. Our Toyota Camry is beyond totaled. We are alive, but beat up and bruised. The last thing we wanted to do was go car shipping, but obviously didn't have an option. We went to Camelback Toyota and ended up with a salesman named Ike. I couldn't have been clearer on EXACTLY what we wanted. We know our credit, our down payment, our interest rate, and the absolute maximum we wanted to pay monthly for a truck. I spelled it all out and black and white and said from the beginning "I don't want to mess around with back and fourth. You tell me if you can make this deal or not. If not, no hard feelings and we will part as friends". We were there for 3 hours and they never came even close to where we stated 100 times that we wanted to be. We left knowing it wasn't going to work, and that was fine. Yesterday my fiancé received a voice mail that the "General Manager" wants to work with us and will "get us exactly where we want to be". Today some dirtbag named Richie Davidson calls my fiancé and was the RUDEST person he has ever talked to!!!! Not only did they NOT come back with a better deal, he actually had the audacity to come back at a HIGHER price then where we left off on Monday!! When my fiancé called him out on that, HE HUNG UP!! Camelback Toyota is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered. My mother worked for Volkswagen in sales and finance for 15 years, so I grew up in the auto industry, I have never seen anyone act as unprofessional as these people did. They can sit there all night and chew your ear off about what a "great dealership" they are, or that they are "always #1 in sales". None of that matters if you’re an a-hole, and that is exactly what those people are! We may be battered and bruised, and we may have a long recovery from our accident, but we didn't lose our minds in that car crash! Nobody is going to take advantage of our situation and attempt to screw us over. We will be taking our business to a dealer that cares about their customers, and not about the bottom line. More

Went in first oil change/check low tire pressure light was on had the toy/4runner 2012 for just about a year. I don't drive it much the Mileage was 2,203 miles was told a nail was in tire and would cost m was on had the toy/4runner 2012 for just about a year. I don't drive it much the Mileage was 2,203 miles was told a nail was in tire and would cost me more than 200 for 1 tire. This is the main thing I hate about dealerships when they see a woman walk in automatically she's dumb. 2200 miles on a truck tire and 1 nail and I need to replace the tire. To make it even worse they put my Spare on the truck, said it was to keep me safe and then cleaned the truck up and let me leave with 3 rims and a spare. The low tire pressure light is still on and I felt as though the 2hrs I sat there waiting for my truck was a waste of my time. I paid for that extended warranty which is supposed to cover everything, well evidently not everything. I guess the big problem is that a tire can be totaled from 1 nail. What are these tires made of rubber? Bathe tire still looked as new as it did when I drove it out of the dealership. Is this the way I want a dealership to treat me after I spent over 40,000 with them. I think not. I think things could have be handled differently but evidently it's all about making money. I talked to the Service Manager and explained to him how I felt about the situation. We agreed there should have been more options considering the milage I put on the car yearly. He was very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel as though I was the important one. My negativity came from frustration and I should have talked to him first. My rating has changed and next time I will talk to the manage first. More

I tried to find a new Camry Hybrid XLE with a specific color and options; throughout the Valley and the western states, no dealership could find the car. I bought my 2002 Camry XLE at Camelback and now I am so pleased to have worked with Tyler Martin to add another Camry to our lives. Ms Hunt in the Business Office made the "paperwork phase" of a new-car purchase smooth, informative and swift. Each and every person I met at Camelback was courteous and helped me "feel at home" in a most beautiful and comfortable environment. Five stars for the whole team; with special thanks to Tyler. More
