I liked the experience so much at Camelback Toyota--I decided to purchase a second vehicle. Two weeks ago I worked with Mike Ricci in purchasing a 2009 Pontiac Vibe, the experience was so positive, I decided to purchase a second vehicle this past Friday--a 2010 Toyota Prius. As before, the experiece was a great one--from the demos' (multiple demos for both my wife and myself) to the negotiation process. They understood my requirements and did their best to meet my needs with minimal back and forth. Thank You again Camelback Toyota for making this an easy decision for me and my wife to make. After several hours of neogiations I was quoted a price but was charged a higher price on the contract and wasn't told about the price increase!! I went in with he expectation that I would get a run-around--I was wrong. From the salesman (Michael Ricci), the manager of trade-ins, the finance department and all the way to the service departme run-around--I was wrong. I will add, I can be a difficult customer--I am demanding and have certain expectations of how I want the car buying experience to go. They were most accomodating to me and bent over backwards to make me feel the deal I received is the one I wanted. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Keith is friendly, nice, easy to talk to and he has a high level of patience in term of handling bad temper customer like me ^^ he has tried his best in doin his job and i really recommend you to ask for Keith Darden whenever you decide to buy cars. other than that, this dealership has given me so much headache. I went to Camelback Toyota and met Michael Ricci as I got out of my car. He was a great sales person! I was preapproved for a loan for a 2008 Honda Element. I signed the papers and went and picked up the out of my car. He was a great sales person! I was preapproved for a loan for a 2008 Honda Element. I signed the papers and went and picked up the car the next day. After I had the car for a week, the finance director told me he could not get me a bank to buy the loan. I was somewhat upset and had to coordinate how to bring the car back. When talking to the finance director we found a bank willing to loan up to a certain amount (less than the Element). So no more Honda Element. They were able to get me a 2006 Scion xB with a far better deal than the Element. So overall I got a 2nd chance and I am happy with the result. I would have liked to not have to figure out a different car to buy, but banks these days are way more picky than they used to be. Thanks Camelback Toyota! More
