Our sales rep Steve Perras was and continues to be very help full and is genuinely committed to our satisfaction. The delivery process could have been better, the technician that worked with us was lackin help full and is genuinely committed to our satisfaction. The interior of the unit needed to be cleaned. The finance rep was less than friendly when after he pushed and pushed the extended warranties and we declined them. If I could give this place zero stars then I would!!! Just purchased our very first fifth wheeler from Camping World last week. When we were at the facility they had just finished installing the hitch Just purchased our very first fifth wheeler from Camping World last week. When we were at the facility they had just finished installing the hitch in my truck and then walked away. With it being my first time with this experience, I couldn’t find anyone to help me lock it in to my fifth wheeler. After finding someone to help me it all seemed good. Later that day I went home I realized there was some kind of discrepancy with the finances and it didn’t make sense. There were charges that were never explained to us. We purchased Good Sam coverage which had environmental protection for the rv inside and out. We were told this coverage was included in what we just had purchased but in all actuality we were charged an additional $4,000 for this service. We were never once told a kit that cost. When we repeatedly called the office we were told someone would call us back.... it’s been a week and no one has called us back. When we went on our first trip we were parking the fifth wheeler in our camp site and the hitch was clearly installed incorrectly by them and it ended up busting my brand new trucks tail gate. I have called them numerous times today and still have not received a phone call!! This place is awful, unprofessional and should not be licensed to sell anything. More

I would like to share my experience with this dealership to all. I had an extremely bad experience when purchasing a brand new motorhome through this dealership. Firstly, I was told by the financial person to all. I had an extremely bad experience when purchasing a brand new motorhome through this dealership. Firstly, I was told by the financial person that I HAD to put the sales tax on the finance. He told me they were going to give me a check for pay the sales tax in order to register the motorhome. Later on, I found out that was not the case at all. I ended up having to pay for the sales tax out of pocket after putting the sales tax money down on the down payment. They said they were going to cut me a check for the sales tax in order to register the vehicle, however after a very confusing explanation from the financial person and many phone calls I found out that they wanted me to pay the sales tax to register the vehicle and THEN they were going to reimburse me. They had me do this because they were going to make commission off of the bank. Secondly, they attempted to sell me an extended warranty for more than $4000 dollars, after consistently denying time and time again, they continued to pressure me until I ended up buying it for $1900 dollars for the $4000 package . Finally, I received the motorhome, and almost as soon as I got home I found MANY issues with it. Radio not working, steering wheel crooked, generator miter not working, bathroom door damaged, painting marks etc... Mind you it is a BRAND NEW 2020 RV. Before they sold me the RV they should have looked it over and found these issues beforehand. Now at this point, I called to schedule an appointment to bring the RV back and upon bringing it back to be fixed, they had me sign a paper stating that if the damages on the RV weren’t covered by the warranty, that I would need to pay out of my own pocket to repair. They took the RV for 4 weeks to repair, and upon returning it to me they had said that a couple of the issues were unfixable (crooked steering wheel and paint issues.) They then asked for my credit card information to order a door that they explained to me was already ordered weeks before. I refused to give them my credit card information and then the service manager then said he was not going to return my RV to me. I then threatened to contact the police in order to get my key back. After a long argument, the sales manager got involved and I then received my key back. Finally, the sales manager informed me that the general manager was going to contact me to fix the rest of my issues, and surprisingly no one contacted me. I then contacted the Camping World Corporation, to which they just directed to another dealership in Massachusetts to fix my problems. The new dealership that they referred me to has MUCH better service and customer support compared to theirs. If you intend to do business with this company, proceed with caution. My experience was dreadful More
