Brought my 2020 Tiguan in for oil service & overall inspection. There was some additional maintenance that was needed that I was advised on a completed the most important one. I recently had a new tire installed, and when I received my car back, there was mounting lubricant left on the tire and rim, which I had to clean myself. This was not a major issue. My experience with the advisor, however, was upsetting. When I brought my car in on 4/16/26, I was told the tire needed to be ordered since I wanted all four tires to match, and I agreed to proceed with ordering. I was told to expect a call the next day between 10:00–11:00 with an update, but never received a call. I followed up around noon, only to be told that the tire had not been ordered, which delayed the process until Monday. I also left a half full, non leak proof tumbler with a cafe latte on the passenger seat by accident and asked the advisor to place it in the cup holder. He confirmed that he had done so during the follow up call that I made, but when I got my car back, the tumbler was lying on the passenger seat. More
