BUYER BEWARE! !! I bought a 2015 zl1 with 17k miles. 250 miles later the motor blew, the manager got rude with me after telling me that they arent going to help and !! Apparently they dont care about their out of town customers. Not to mention the salesman says it was near perfect and its got a cracked bumper cover and the stereo didnt work. The lady manager said even though you only drove it under 300 miles its easy to blow them up at 123mph... what maam its a zl1 rates at 190mph, ive owned 2 with higher miles and have had none of these issue. Ps i live 3 miles from work in a small town with a max speed limit of 40mph i wish i could have owned it long enough to driver interstate. Do youself a favor DONT BUY HERE. More

Went to see a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. Dealership was a bit chaotic and there wasn't a ton of communication between parties. When they brought the car around to have me test dr purchasing. Dealership was a bit chaotic and there wasn't a ton of communication between parties. When they brought the car around to have me test drive it, the guy backed it into another vehicle then proceeded to act like nothing happened. They didn't do any type of inspection on the car, but still had me drive it. I ducked out of there ASAP because I wasn't interested in a car that had been in an unofficial accident that wasn't going to be reported. Wasn't a great first experience to say the least. More

BUYERS. ..PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! PLEASE SEE THE PICS I POSTED FROM MY INSPECTION FOR THIS CAR AFTER PURCHASE. I purchased a 2014 Infiniti from Capital Auto Sa ..PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!! PLEASE SEE THE PICS I POSTED FROM MY INSPECTION FOR THIS CAR AFTER PURCHASE. I purchased a 2014 Infiniti from Capital Auto Sales on 01/08/22. The vehicle came with a 3 month/3k mile warranty from their dealership. On 01/11, I took the vehicle for an inspection at Mr. Tire in MD and was provided with a report detailing the issues with the car (pics below). The mechanic found and sent pictures of a wet undercarriage from a power steering and rack/pinion leak. The coolant level was below the normal line, the undercarriage had severe rust, rust covered the link pins, shocks and struts. I called Capital Autos and sent pictures of the inspection report to the GM Greg M and was told he would need to order the parts and would call me when they had been delivered. On 01/15, while I was driving, the car stalled and jerked as I was turning the corner so I pressed the gas pedal hard to get the car going to get out of the traffic. I immediately drove the car to AAMCO transmission and had it checked out. The mechanic there told me after inspecting the car, it had a CVT code- P17F1-CVT judder which meant the car had a faulty CVT assembly and will soon need a transmission. The GM Greg called on 01/20 to tell me I could bring the car in for the repairs on 01/24. I dropped the car off on 01/24 in the evening and received a loaner vehicle. Greg called 01/25 in the morning to tell me my vehicle was ready. I arrived that evening to pick up the vehicle. The work order stated only the rack/pinion and rear shocks had been replaced. On 01/26, I noticed after driving, the car was leaking blue fluid (coolant) in the snow which it had not before. I called Capital Autos again and requested to speak with the GM Greg and was told by an associate he was in a morning meeting and the message would be relayed for him to call me back. To date, the GM Greg still has not returned my telephone call. The car's undercarriage is still wet, has a burning smell after driving and it still jerks and stalls while I am driving. I purchased some Blue Devil from Auto Zone which did help with the leaking coolant. I HATE I choose Capital Autos to purchase a car from because the car is truly a "lemon" and they know it too that's why I have not received a call back from GREG. I have purchased a car that I can not drive for long distances, is UNSAFE and DEFECTIVE and unfortunately, they do not give a D*MN!!! More

I visited this dealership and test drove a vehicle I was planning to purchase but heard a rattle on the passenger rear door I asked sales person Tee to investigate the noise and he said he would have their planning to purchase but heard a rattle on the passenger rear door I asked sales person Tee to investigate the noise and he said he would have their mechanic investigate and get back to me and before I left I left a deposit to hold the vehicle. The very next day Tee called and said the car had been sold. This practice has to be illegal I would say away from this dealer if I were you period! Then after I write a bad review the MANAGER responds and says I declined to hold the vehicle. I STILL HAVE THE DEPOSIT RECEIPT SO DONT YOU DARE CALL ME A LIAR! I wish there were an option to paste a photo. More
