Great Service I have always received exceptional service on my 2013 F-150 at the dealership. I hope in the future that Ford is more careful when selecting the brak I have always received exceptional service on my 2013 F-150 at the dealership. I hope in the future that Ford is more careful when selecting the brake rotors for their new vehicles as the ones selected for 2013-2014 F150's are poor quality. Brake rotor warpage after only 20k-30k miles on a full size truck is unacceptable. Unfortunately because brake rotors and pads are normal wear items they are not covered under warranty on my $35,000 truck, however the dealership will turn the rotors and replace pads at owner expense? "F-150 Built Ford Tough", not so sure anymore? More
