I bought this car over the telephone! Scary - huh? I requested a price quote through Consumer Reports and David responded. I priced cars locally that didn't fit all of my requirements, and this one was still $800 cheaper. It was definately worth the 100 mile drive to Montgomery to get my dream car. Bill met us at the dealership on the morning of the pickup. (David was in an all-day meeting.) He walked us through the purchase procedure and then spent over an hour with me in the car going over all the features of my new Camaro. My husband and I have never had such excellent service in a car dealership. We have and will continue to recommend Capitol Chevrolet to all of our family and friends -- and anybody else that asks! My wife and I enjoyed coming on the lot to look for a specific car. We had searched the internet to check prices and amenities in the various crossover vehicles. We thought it over and decided if we didn't act soon this particular car would probably sell quickly and we'd be back to square one. It took a while to go through the process with all the paper work but we finally left there with a car we are still very pleased with. Bill Kissenger stayed a long while with instructions on how everything worked. It was sort of a crash course in the features the car offered. He assured us we could call any time with what ever questions would come up over getting used to all of the bells and whistles. Overall it really was a much better experience than I expected. More

I stopped by Capitol today, to look at a 2500hd they had on the lot. The truck was listed fairly, but the trouble came when they "attempted" to give me a price on my Suburban. They offered $9,000 less than trade-in value, on a clean 10 out of 10 Suburban. When I said no, and asked what they were going to list it for they admitted that they were going to put it up for $11,000 more than they offered me. When I said "no," and countered with published trade-in value the manager laughed the loudest grease ball laugh you would expect out of a sheister salesman. They're not getting one dime from me or my friends in the future. The military network is huge, and I will do everything in my power to push every potential customer of theirs to ANY other dealership. More

I got there early in the morning, test drove the car and had to meet someone for breakfast. They let me take the car out for an hour while they looked over financing options. I came back, heard my options and there I was in a 2010 VW Beetle which I love! I hate a great day at Capitol Chevrolet and thank them for their time they spent with me. Thanks guys! More

Took my C5 Corvette (22,000 miles) in for an oil change prior to a 1,000 mile road trip. On my trip I encountered rain showers, then a dust storm once in West Texas. After arriving at my destination I checked and see if the engine had used any oil on the trip. <br>To my suprise the oil fill cap was never put back on the engine! <br>I have very little faith in a service center that cannot conduct a simple oil change. By the way, an oil change for a corvette runs $75. <br>I can only wonder how much rain water and/or dust entered the engine during my 1,000 mile trip. <br>This was my first and last experaince with this shop. Only one problem: Manager asked if we would feel better with a warranty on the vehicle and said that he would offer a warranty for us. We thought this was really great; they stood behind their vehicles. Last month we looked over the paper work again and noticed that the warranty that the manager "gave" us cost us an additional $2000.00! Perhaps we should have looked closer at the paper work but that's what happens when you "trust" salespeople. More
