Good service, mixed sales experience We took our Corolla in for service. Service met our expectations. When we came back to pick up our car, we looked at a new car too. Thomas was extreme We took our Corolla in for service. Service met our expectations. When we came back to pick up our car, we looked at a new car too. Thomas was extremely helpful in showing us the car, demonstrating and explaining all of the features to us, and let us take it out for a test drive. When we returned, he offered to have his manager appraise our car's trade-in value. His manager low-balled the trade-in value of our car by about $2000, then seemed surprised when we didn't agree to trade-in the car for the new one right then. He "generously" offered to give us $2000 "more than it was worth" if we agreed to buy the new car today. We didn't. If you plan to trade in your car here, make sure you know how much your car is worth before you go so you don't get ripped off. We really liked Thomas, but were very turned off by his manager. More

I have two complaints: Labor costs are outrageous! Experts should be able to get work done more quickly than average time estimates which are always conservatively quoted. 20000 mile maintenance When I arrived the service person David Garcia checked me in promptly and was very courteous. He said the car would be ready around noon. I was able to get a ride home from the company shuttle. Car was ready by 11:00. No charge for service since service is free up to 25000 miles for a new car. More
