Asked for a 16,000 mile service on my Telluride and did not receive what is recommended. Was told that a 15,000 mile service was the same thing. It is not. Tacoma. I worked with salesperson Autumn Siers, and she was excellent. Almost all of my communication with the dealership leading up to the lease signing too I worked with salesperson Autumn Siers, and she was excellent. Almost all of my communication with the dealership leading up to the lease signing took place via email with Autumn. Her correspondence was consistently prompt and very much to the point. After a number of backs and forths, I made an offer and Autumn agreed to my offer. The only hiccup was when a sales manager, Marcus, said he could not agree to the deal I had reached with Autumn and offered less favorable terms to me. When I said I only would sign a lease that abided by the terms I had agreed to with Autumn, I did not hear from the dealership for 24 hours. The next day, Marcus came back with a “final offer” that was essentially the same thing I had agreed to with Autumn the day before—just a couple numbers had been moved around. The sales manager’s effort to change a deal agreed to in writing was a minor inconvenience that delayed closing the deal for 24 hours. Once again, Autumn was excellent to work with. After my wife and I went to the dealership to sign the lease and pick up the car, Autumn spent over an hour in the car (after the dealership had closed) showing my wife how the EV worked. She was very helpful and engaged. I would recommend anyone working with her More
