I recently bought my new Kia Optima ( 2012) at Renton Kia. My sales person was Ty Colman. Ty greeted me with a big smile within minutes of being on the lot and then she never left me much longer than it Kia. My sales person was Ty Colman. Ty greeted me with a big smile within minutes of being on the lot and then she never left me much longer than it took to speak to the finance manager regarding the finanicing. She was infomative and knowledgeable about the car. Before the test drive she went over all the features and made sure that I understood what everything did for the car which was helpful. I thought it was particularly helpful that she took me on a test drive that had some winding roads that really let me see how the car handled which helped in making my decision to buy the car. Normally test drives are awkward because you don't know the person sitting next to you however I had already spent a little time with Ty prior to the test drive so I felt comfortable during my test drive which also allowed me to really focus on the car and how it drove. It really seemed just like taking a drive with a friend. Ty never tried to talk me into anything or seemed "gimicky" like most car sales people tend to be. It was a very smooth and stress free buying experience and I would definitley recommend Ty and Renton Kia to anyone interested in buying a Kia. Everyone at Renton Kia was friendly and helpful and really seemed to enjoy working there. More
