I just bought my DREAM Jeep I started off my day of car searching in San Diego with high hopes, we had a pretty tight budget and soon my hope started to dwindle. Then we regrouped and found Carl Burger Dodge Jeep Ram in La Mesa on Yelp. Since we live in La Mesa I was shocked there was a dealership so close that I didn't know about. From the moment we drove on the lot Jamie was there to help us through the process. We parked, told him in great detail the VERY specific vehicle that I was looking for. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable and had a no pressure sales technique (which after a day of car dealerships was refreshing). While waiting to get the keys to test drive a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jamie steered us in the direction of their used cars... and there it was. Right in front of me was the Jeep that I had been dreaming about every since I could drive! It was even within our price range, I almost fainted. Once the negotiation started Jamie and Arturo (Tony) were able to fill our requests for car fax for the used car, best prices on both a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the 2015 used Jeep Grand Cherokee. We ultimately made the decision, well really I did, to go with the used car that had all the bells and whistles. They were able to give me a generous offer on my trade in and get the car down to the price that I asked for, now that's how car buying should be! I rang the bell and off to financing we went! Sonny was wonderful to work with. He was able to work with us on an extended warranty at a reasonable price and fix a couple tiny details on the paperwork with ease. He was able to lower our 5.99% APR to 3.99% with the bank. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Carl Burger Dodge Jeep Ram in La Mesa. I walked away with an AMAZING car, not feeling cheated but that I got a great price and wonderful service. The first day we met him he spent quite a long time going over what we wanted and making sure it was the van he wanted. We went over the prices and couldn't make a decision. So when we left he was very understanding. The next day we went over everything again with Mark and bought the car.
