The guys in the service department are always accommodating. When I asked about the possibility of getting a replacement tail light from a salvage yard, Pat researched this idea and came up with accommodating. Our filter was replaced for the inside of the car, and I did not particularly like the "air freshener" that was added- at our expense, no less.
