My Review of Carson Honda:
First of all I would like to tell everyone not to go to Carson Honda. They will try to make you feel stupid or guilty for not buying from them. Even during the dealing process, a certain manager was very rude and tried to make us feel stupid for asking for a certain price. It was like he wanted to kick us out. Chris was our contact at the dealership. At first, he was very nice and helpful. We tried working on an Acccord and a Civic with no luck on either one. I was with my sister and bro-in-law to help me. The next day, Chris called me and had the nerve to accuse my sister of trying to sabotage my attempts at buying a new car. You see, I really thought Chris was a cool guy, but after what he did, I wanted to kick his a$$ so bad. Lucky for him, I was at work, so I couldn't unleash my anger at him. I have already spread word to friends about this place. Carson Honda needs a new sales team!!!

My Review of Carson Honda:
I went to this dealrship for the minor service that was suggested for the mileage of my 2006 Honda Accord. After they had my car in the service area working on it. The service mgr comes out with a cellphone picture indicating that my brakes were bad to the point of being metal to metal. He suggested "strongly" that I should get the brakes done there today. I guess he thought that because I was a woman that I would go for this scare tactic. I explained to him that I knew that there should have been some noise and some play in my brake pedal for some time, if my brakes were in the condition he was stating. Additionally, the picture showed that the pads were far from being worn down to the metal. He appeared miffied and replied, "he was just trying to warn me and I could do what I wanted to do. Needless to say when I left the shop my brakes now made a noise that wasn't there when I came in(suspicious) and although they were supposed to check my battery with the minor service that I did get I had to buy one within two weeks after the visit. I was told by the store that I purchased it from that it probably died due to the cells being dry and during the service I paid over $200 for, this should have been checked. Needless to say I will NEVER be going back to that dealship. PS they tried to get me to buy a new car while they were working on my car. I wouldn't think of buying from them.
