I am not a big fan of Car Dealerships, but there was something different about this one. I called ahead to make sure they had a used car that I saw online and they assured me it was there. When my wife and I arrived, Ryan Thomas meet us as I was getting out of the car and let me know that they were finishing up cleaning the car I was interested in. The entire time I felt comfortable as if I was just another one of the guys at the dealership and never felt like I was pressured into anything. Everyone I dealt with from Ryan to the managers were very pleasant and after finding a common ground on the price, I was able to leave that day in a timely matter with my new car. Sammie our client advisor made our first BMW experience awesome. He was friendly, personable and honorable. He made the experience pressure free. There was no haggling or hassle. What they promised they delivered. I am not always the easiest customer to deal with. I am very demanding. Sammie never broke a sweat. He is a man of great character. He took his time showing my husband and I the different options and styles, pros and cons to fit our needs. No pressure or pushing, which is very unusual from my past experiences! I felt very comfortable sitting and talking to him and reviewing the products available. I finally decided to buy a used 2009 BMW Z4 and am totally satisfied with it! I have my head set on a new 2012 and was worried about "unknown issues". Lloyd explained the BMW warranty and service, along with the Casey Service Team to take care of their customers.
