We are sorry to hear that you feel this way, Maria. Back in October of 2013 when you came in to have the vehicle fixed after the incident, we did our best to correct the situation. We also received your email in February asking for advice regarding the issue with your daughter needing to take the vehicle to a dealership by her school to have her coolant light checked out. We hope you received our reply with our recommendation and that it was helpful. Contacted this client on the morning of 10/26/12. Apologized for the way we made him feel and assured him that we would do everything we could to resolve this latest issue. Client brought the vehicle back in at 3pm on 10/26 for us to assess. We have determoned the problem and will repair it at no charge to the client.
