Jimmy Jones works wonders!! Every time I go there for service, TOP NOTCH!! I have had my car there for service a few times and he always takes care of me. He reviewed my aftermar Every time I go there for service, TOP NOTCH!! I have had my car there for service a few times and he always takes care of me. He reviewed my aftermarket warranty and handled the claims to where I didn't have any worries at all for getting my repairs done. Jimmy makes sure I am in a loaner and is so professional and diligent in making sure the repairs are all correct. He gets me in within a timely manner and with my work schedule, they even bring my car to me to pick up their loaner. I couldn't express enough my gratitude to him and the BMW service team!! Thanks Jimmy!! More

After a long drive from my home in Maine to Yorktown, Va., my 2015 XL, had a burning metal odor. A Google search led me to Casy BMW. I explained that we would be going to Florida in a few days, so would Va., my 2015 XL, had a burning metal odor. A Google search led me to Casy BMW. I explained that we would be going to Florida in a few days, so would they please check out my car. Casy’s service department was wonderful. They offered to top off off my fluids that day as a courtesy and scheduled me the next morning for a total checkup. My temporary advisor, Mike Bulluss was great. He kept me informed of my repair status, made sure I had a shuttle rides etc. all the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Casy BMW! Jeannine from Maine More

$1000.00 Bucks for NOTHING!!! Took my 5 Series to BMW because the engine light had came on. Was assured that engine would go off after being serviced. Did not happen. And to top it Took my 5 Series to BMW because the engine light had came on. Was assured that engine would go off after being serviced. Did not happen. And to top it off, the car started cutting off after the BMW service, which it was not doing before they worked on it. I contacted BMW about the problem and the service guy wasn't concerned AT ALL the situation and the fact that I had just paid BMW $1000.00. If nothing else my car should have at least been running and not cutting off. The service guy was quick to say that they had nothing to do with it, nor did he offer me the option to bring the car back. I will NEVER take my car ther again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! More
