I have never owned or looked at a chevrolet before this purchase. I drove into the dealership on a whim. I had seen some ads about the Tahoe and wanted to take a closer look and possibly test drive one i purchase. I drove into the dealership on a whim. She was pleasant and found out what i wanted first thing. I was able to get my questions answered, look at the models on the lot and test drive the vehicle in under 1 hour!!!! The first interaction was so pleasant i decided to come back for a second look but this time armed with what specifically I wanted as far as options and pricing. Mary was able to get finance options together and said she would do a vehicle search for me. Unfortunately the exact vehicle was not on the lot. Mary kept in contact with me via email or cell phone the entire time. she checked in almost daily. She even contacted me on her day off when she was able to find a vehicle that fit my requirements. I went there as a walk in. They quoted me a price which was unreasonable for an older truck. I asked for the carfax, then suddenly the price dropped $4,000. I got my monthly payment I was comfortable with, and I took the truck. 4 days later I received a call stating that my monthly payments were going to be higher than I was comfortable with. I returned the truck and left promptly with my down payment. No dealership should be like this. Think twice before you go to them. It was a huge dissapointment and now I don't have a reliable vehicle to drive. More
took 4 hours to complete a deal that was set up the day before. they offered me 1/8 of the blue book trade in value on my civic (high demand vehicle) then when i called them on it promptly quadrupled the o before. they offered me 1/8 of the blue book trade in value on my civic (high demand vehicle) then when i called them on it promptly quadrupled the offered trade in price... the salesman was good but everyone else there was terrible, plus they put my wife on the registration despite my request not to, so now i have to pay property tax on it.....THIS IS A TERRIBLE DEALER WHO I WILL NEVER RECOMEND (EXCEPT TO THOSE I DESPISE) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF...oh and finally they offer nothing in after market incentives, they didnt even leave the screws for the rear license plate in ...i had to get my own. My Fiance' and I arrived to Casey looking for 1 possibly 2 used cars. We were greeted by a sales person literly as soon as we stepped out of our rental car. This first sales person was very nice and as helpful as I believe they were allowed to be. We said at the very beginning that we were looking for a specific car we saw online, but didn't know the price. None of their vehicles had prices listed. They wouldn't tell us the price of any of them. We were taken inside to work out some prices. We gave them our personal information for "their records" so we could hear some prices. A manager ended up taking over the dealings with us, and tried to squeeze us into a car that was several thousand dollars higher than what we specifically told them we were looking for. After almost 4.5 hours of back and forth with them on loan rates and monthly payments, they still kept trying to sell us a loan much higher than what we wanted. In the end, he tried every trick straight out of the playbook. He set off just about every warning bell I have. Even after me telling them that alot of what was happening was making me uncomfortable, they still didn't change their tack. My biggest regret is allowing them to run a credit report to "get us some real numbers." Beware this tactic! We ended up walking away and bought 2 cars from a competitor who treated us exactly the right way. More
Very negative experience. They acted as if they were my best friend before purchasing the vehicle, but after the sale was over I was only a problem to them. Do yourself a favor and go someone else!! More
