My Review Of Casey Chevrolet:

I recently went under the knife for shoulder rotor cuff surgery which is painful. Due to the pain that is associated to this kind of surgery, pain meds are taken so unable to drive. It also put me out of work for 6 weeks, which also made time for me to schedule time for this fault. Because of Jeffrey Amos diligence he arranged for my 2009 Silverado to be picked up for repair and returned after it was finished. They had found a bulletin on whining coming from the bearing in my torque converter at no charge. As always, Jeffrey Amos and Casey Chevy, diagnosed and repaired\replaced and finished either within promised time of return and sum times, like this time, much sooner than promised. I give them 6 out of five stars available and a rating of 11 out of 10 points available.
Jeff\Casey, you are the toast of the town.

My Review Of Casey Chevrolet:

I'm sorry but the service I received with my car was horrible. I
took my car in to fix the oil pressure switch (check engine light) and
at 11:00 was told my car had a recall and that they had the parts in
stock and it would take 2-3 hours for them to complete the work with the
recall and the switch replacement. I was then offered a shuttle ride to
my home and told I would get a call when my car was ready for pickup. I
waited until 4:30 and I decided to call because obviously no on was
going to call me with any type of update for my vehicle. I was then told
my car was no where near finished and would not be finished till noon
the following day and that they had just drained the system for the
recall and to top it off they didn't know if they had a loaner car.
Thankfully I have more then one vehicle but it would have been nice for
a call prior to me waiting over five hours. When I came to the service
center to pick up my vehicle they test drove it to make sure it was
operating correctly and when they drove it into the pick up area I
noticed a scratch (down to the metal) from the drivers side door ground
effects all the way to the end of the vehicle. The team leader Ed also
noticed that and told me that wasn't there before and he offered to send
it to the body shop but at that point I just wanted my car back. I'd
rather spend money elsewhere to get it fixed rather then leave it in the
hands of that body shop for who knows how long. This was my first and
last time with this service center. I would like to believe Ed the team
leader that was dealing with my car did his best but the service guys in
the back really made him and the rest of your service center look
unprofessional.

My Review Of Casey Chevrolet:

I want to start off by saying that Casey Chevrolet knows its products and anyone that may be thinking about purchasing a vehicle give them a try first. You will not be let down. Regarding my current situation, Casey Chevrolet and its staff worked with me(being that I live 150 mi away). I received the same trade-in value from another dealership I had previously been working with and was able to receive other manufacter rebates/incentives without hassle. From the used car sales manager to the finance manager, everything was perfect. They were understanding, thoughtful and displayed an overwhleming amount of patience that I had not experience at a previous dealership I will not name.

I want to say thank you to Scott Gregorie whom was my sales and consultant, Craig Politte, Danny and the rest of the entire staff for making this all possible. I recommend this dealership to anyone and I will be making any future purchases with them if I am in the local area.

Being an active duty Staff Sergeant, in the Marine Corps, I recommend any service member to give Casey Chevrolet, in Newport News, VA a chance at earning your business. You will not be disappointed in your decision.

My wife and recently purchased a 2010 suburban, after a few missed communications and an extra trip to the dealer to take care of things, I will say the overall purchase was a very professional.
