Jeff and the corvette technician always does a great job with my 2013 427/Conv. This visit was just a State Insp and Service but, they got me in and out in minimum time. As a corvette enthusiast for 40 years I’m always interested to talk shop about Corvettes when someone is available. No, I’m not in the market for a new Vette now. But, one would think after looking at 5 different Corvettes, someone on the sales floor would be interested in determining my intentions. More

I would have rated this experience as excellent except for the "constant reminders". I received 3 cell phone calls, 2 texts and 3 emails reminding me of the appointment. This is extreme and was a disrup for the "constant reminders". I received 3 cell phone calls, 2 texts and 3 emails reminding me of the appointment. This is extreme and was a disruption to my busy schedule. I keep a calendar and don't need this many reminders. Perhaps one would be appropriate, not 8. Please consider your customer's experience in appointment reminders. More
Scheduled an appointment almost two weeks in advance. Dropped my truck off at 815am for a 830am appointment to replace 2 front tires. Received a call at 3:30pm stating the tires did not come in. My vehicle had hard shifting when I brought it. I didn't understand the first recommendation to change the electrical harness. No one explained it in technical terms. I was set up in a loaner vehicle. It took awhile to get approvals and the communication seemed delayed. When I got the truck back, it no longer had HP transmission fluid in it. The shifting got worse. I brought it back. It took awhile to get approval again to replace with a remanufactured transmission. After a week, we got the approval from the warranty company. After that, the replacement got done 3 days early and the remanufactured transmission with HP fluid is running great. I was weary during the process. The communication was slow and non-technical, but the service employee was really nice and otherwise helpful. The loaner vehicle made it easy to cope. Now I couldn't be happier. More

I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from Maria exactly 1 year later I’m driving on the parkway in Va beach and the steering wheel locked up while I was driving. I was unable to turn at all… almost caused a really big crash. I manage to pull off the road safely. Tried to get my car towed it took 4 different tow trucks because no one could believe my steering wheel was that locked you could not move it one centimeter. Got my truck to Casey for them to tell me the parts are not covered and they can’t tell me what’s wrong with it. Meanwhile they refused to even look at the vehicle. I spoke with the manager of the service department who was the most unprofessional unpleasant person I have ever dealt with. He was rude and basically inconsiderate of what just happened to me in a vehicle that I purchased from you. Zero was done to assist me. Got my truck towed to ford this was June 8 2021 it is now September 13 and my truck is now complete 4 months later. Also Casey refused to give me a loaner car. I eventually got a loaner from my bank.. I do want to say every single human I dealt with at Casey had poor customer service. It cost nothing to show empathy. I am truly disgusted with the way I was treated. I have free state inspections and free oil change and I am thinking of just going somewhere else and paying out of pocket. 0 stars WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
I had a 2 pm appointment with Aziah Robinson for an inspection. I was not impressed with the interaction as there really was none. I was in the waiting area and I got a text or email letting me know my inspection. I was not impressed with the interaction as there really was none. I went to Ms. Robinson’s location and she handed me the paperwork (I have been dealing with Casey’s service department since 2014 and this is the first time I was not impressed with the service staff. It seems like all or most of the staff are young. Ms Robinson was too busy socializing with others that she did not have time to deal with me. I am very unhappy with the service department. Someone needs to check them out anonymously. I am very unhappy with the whole situation. More
It truly grieves me to leave this review but I would be remiss if I did not say anything concerning this situation. First and Foremost, the sales department is the absolute best. I have purchased three vehicles from Casey and an additional vehicle for my sister. Travis Battles and Gerald are an outstanding team on the sales side but this review is about the service side. On or around April 7, 2021, I dropped off my beautiful 2019 Chevy Express Conversion Van at Casey Chevrolet to get a few things repaired on it. Initially, Casey Offered me this Suburban as a loaner vehicle. This vehicle was just beat up. The eventually switched me out to a newer loaner but to be even offered such a vehicle with so many issues after spending over $200k at this dealership is ridiculous. Back to the van, Because it's a conversion Van, I figured it would take some additional time to get repair. Once a week, I would call to check on things and I would not get an immediate response. After two weeks, I got an update that they were waiting for the conversion company to either approve the repair or send someone out to repair the van. On 30 April 2021, I was in the Newport News Area so I happened to stop by the dealership to check on my van. I drive to the back of the service department and my van is covered with an 1/8 of an inch of pollen due to no one touching my van. I drive around to the front and talk to a different advisor than the one I was assigned and was briefed: "I'm sorry but no work was done to your van at all". Of course, I was beyond pissed. My van sat there for over 21 days and nothing was done to it. So I called Explorer, the conversion company that converted the van to ask about an authorization. The service advisor told me, "No one but you has called about your van or any repairs." So it appears that nothing was done to my van, yet it had an additional 200+ miles on my van. Though I have purchased many vehicles from Casey, I just can't believe the horrible things that took place with my van while it was in your care. #lossofconfidence #lossoftrust #insulted #unsatisfactory More
