I purchased a Honda Passport recently during the Black Friday Weekend. I was looking to have my 2017 Jeep Cherokee w/ 64000 miles paid off. I owed 24,000 on the loan. My Sales person Azeema showed me a Ho Friday Weekend. I was looking to have my 2017 Jeep Cherokee w/ 64000 miles paid off. I owed 24,000 on the loan. My Sales person Azeema showed me a Honda Passport 2022 w/ 27,000 miles. It was what I wanted. We discussed pricing and she came back with they offered my 17000 for my Jeep. Bottom Line Blue book even though I told them I had new tires new mats and current oil changes. I told her I could not do this and ran over to Finance Ryan and she came back with "there going to pay off your Jeep. I said great lets proceed. No where in the transaction did she or him mention I still owed an 8000.00 deficit which they added to the loan. I agree I was responsible also that I should asked more questions but neither or them were forthcoming w/ the actual payoff nor did anyone explain to me the negative equity in the vehicle I will not be dealing w/ Casey Honda in the future. More

I don't think they deserve even 1 star, I brought my Odyssey for an appointment to have 2 recalls done at 9AM on July 18th. I was told it would take about 4 hours. At 2PM and asked them to check on c Odyssey for an appointment to have 2 recalls done at 9AM on July 18th. I was told it would take about 4 hours. At 2PM and asked them to check on cars progress. They hadn't even started on the recall work and wanted to give me a loaner and come back the next day. I live an hour and a half away, I was furious and just took my car home. Unbelievable that they would treat a customer like this! They have lost me as a customer. More
