This dealership lies to you, will screw you in the contract and will not stand behind what they promise. Bought a $27000.00 used truck and was told by the finance guy (Gabriel)that they would give us contract and will not stand behind what they promise. Well that guy is no longer with the company so they will not stand behind what we were promised. It is going to cost us $300 for it. The salesman (Terry) is a joke! More
be aware of these people in service. been going there for couple years and most of the time i have dealt with gregg. well i was just there and gregg was off so i had to see this guy TOM BLEMINGS, this man is couple years and most of the time i have dealt with gregg. well i was just there and gregg was off so i had to see this guy TOM BLEMINGS, this man is a lier and a con artist. he lied about service work done and repairs needed to my vehicle. he told me i needed to spend around $1000.00 to get my car up to date and in good working order is what he called it, i took my car and had the sahara toyota shop look at it and i asked them the same thing just tell me what i need to have a good running car and guess what they said $475.00 is all.after they gave me the est of work i showed them what centinela toyota said it needed and they walked me back to my car and showed me the stuff that was listed to be bad are " needs attachen now", all the stuff but 1 item was fine and didnt need repairs. i new i was going to spend money but i didnt expect to have a sign on my forhead that read rip me off please. and the best part is he blamed everyone else but himself. TOM YOU WORK THERE ITS YOUR SHOP TOO. AND WHEN YOU LIE YOU STUDER HAVE SOME xxxxx AND TAKE IT LIKE A MAN WHEN YOU KNOW YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT LIEING!!!!! More
I bought my new Camry from Centennial Toyota and actually had a very good experience. I shopped online first, and they offered me the best price. I was there for about a total of two hours and everything w had a very good experience. I shopped online first, and they offered me the best price. I've noticed that Toyota dealers in Las Vegas have good internet departments and not so good sales staff for regular customers. More
my father went to centennial and they sold him two cars he could not pay for they forged finacal document to make it look like he had more money then he did and he could not make the payments,I gave him mo he could not pay for they forged finacal document to make it look like he had more money then he did and he could not make the payments,I gave him money for a down and wrote a check for this when I found out what was going on I canceled the check and they turned my in to the bad check divison for bouncing a check but it was a stop pay not a bad check they would not give me the Gm name or number I am going to file a suit against them for forging document More
I have never dealt with such unproffessional liers! I purchased a new vehicle and traded in my current car with a guarantee from the dealership that I would get a check for the 3000.00 the next day. I am still waiting for my check and have not received the green slip to register my car either. I have called every other day to try and get an answer on when I will get my money, only to be lied to everytime. One person tells me the check is ready but they are waiting on the title for my trade in and another says they are waiting for money from Toyota. It is now going on a month. I ask to speak to the manager only to be told that I can't and have to deal with the finance department. Will never go back or refer this place to anyone. More
Throughout our 3 month ordeal with this dealership, we have been misled, lied to, and decieved in every way concievable and we were sold a car with major problems- less than three weeks after buying the c have been misled, lied to, and decieved in every way concievable and we were sold a car with major problems- less than three weeks after buying the car the transmission had to be replaced, and some serious safety hazards including right brakes locking up, a brake piston smoking, internal failure in the master cylinder, and brake pads worn so badly they were cracked. After three months we are still battling to get them to hold up their end of the deal in the form of a refund of $2500 that was only used as a way to get us to sign the forms to buy the car with no intention of ever delivering it within the 6 weeks promised.
