It took them 4 attempts to fix my brand new vehicle, parts changed that didn’t need changing, sent it back to me once with broken screen in front seat, guess they didn’t check it, and missed the start s parts changed that didn’t need changing, sent it back to me once with broken screen in front seat, guess they didn’t check it, and missed the start stop issue tho there was messages about it on the computer; new vehicle we bought and we had to give it up five times in first two months, eventually they fixed it after my family went through xxxx with it, we will never buy a Chrysler jeep again in our life and we will continue to share our story with everyone, I went after the manufacturer Stellantis and they did not help us battle them, once vehicle was fixed Delearship was done with us, our loss was on us More

Had a bad experience a year ago and tried giving it another chance. Still the same people with the same problems. Had a scheduled appointment and it still took them 1 hr to see me. Talked to my serv another chance. Still the same people with the same problems. Had a scheduled appointment and it still took them 1 hr to see me. Talked to my service representative and asked him to look at my rear end as there is a noise issue. Told him it my be brake related. He said he would look at it. 3 hours later and the only thing that was done is a simple oil change and tire rotation. They totally forgot to look at the rear end. As a former ASE mechanic. This was never exceptable. We did everything the customer asked and more. I will never go back and I will make sure my fleet of vehicles never go there again as well. More
