I have been coming to this location for 20 years and have been vowing not to come back for the at least the last 10. After checking in for my appointment, I waited at least 20 minutes before speaking to an a been vowing not to come back for the at least the last 10. After checking in for my appointment, I waited at least 20 minutes before speaking to an advisor. Aside from the standard tire rotation and oil change I brought it in for, I’ve been having an issue with my shifter. I made that clear, yet in the eight hours it was at the dealership, they still didn’t get to it. I’m not looking to spend another day off waiting to see if the issue I bring the car in for will potentially get diagnosed and will be going elsewhere. Supremely frustrating. More
